lost 7lbs! BUT you gotta eat right and excercise at the same time
Love this product. I took it and not only have more energy but also don’t feel like pigging out and eating junk food. It tastes pretty good too… although maybe a little too sweet but then I just use a bigger water bottle and dilute it more. Gotta try a different flavor later. After about a month, just bought my second box. Lost about 7lbs. BUT of course you gotta eat right and exercise. Nothing can replace that. But if you are eating right and working out, this totally enhance your diet or muscle building plan. 🙂

Effective and works well for daily use
This pixie stick for weight loss aid is worth the money. It delivers what’s promised even on an empty stomach and tastes good. The formula blends well with a good shake of the water bottle. Sturdy enough packaging travels well. It does have a bit of caffeine so use it early in the day for better results to prevent afternoon munchies and allow for a decent sleep later at bedtime. Makes plain water more pleasant. Easy to tear open at top and pour into a cup or bottle.

I love these for days I need big energy. These are comparable to the energy of those expensive loaded teas. Be aware though.. this stuff will have you zoomin so hard w/ mental & physical energy, you might clear out your ancestor’s trauma as well as the other junk that don’t serve you.. 🫣🥹

Delicious yum
These are delicious. That’s why I get them. They don’t give me much energy, but nothing with caffeine gives me much anyways. They are correct when they say they don’t give your jitters or crashes like other things with caffeine can so I like that as well. They don’t make you skinny lol, but I’m sure they can help if you are eating very healthy and working out as well. Like I said they taste so good, might be too sweet for some. I get the berry kind, never tried the other flavors. Just wish they were cheaper. They were cheaper back in the day, so I wait until they go on sale. Spending $29.99 on them seams ridiculous, but if I have to spend that much I will bc I drink them one a day.

Not for me
Used for a week and had to stop. Too much caffeine for me, had me shaky, jittery, and swearing I was going to have a panic attack. I was talking so much I couldn’t stand me. I do drink a fair amount of coffee – might have just been too much with both. Nonetheless, I stopped it.My results after the week – this did not decrease my appetite, did not make me feel good, I felt hydration was good, and the flavor was ok.So, I think if you go in knowing about the large amounts of caffeine and it doesn’t bother you – it might be helpful. Everything works for someone. I just wasn’t going to give up my coffee for this, so I went back to my regular electrolyte powder.
