Worked well on my total gym
Used these on my total gym to hook up a swivel hook to the handles. They worked well for that purpose

Clips
They work OK for intended use

Solid
the only suggestion I would have is to file down the area where the clip connects to the rest of the carabiner. Other than that, these are solid and are over-performing for what I’m looking for.

Good to have
I got these for some weight lat attachments. They’re kind of big, but they are very strong and I feel safe using them. They were pretty cheap. Nice to have several so I don’t have to keep switching things out. I just leave a clip on each attachment.

Heavy Duty!
I replaced all my cheap stock carabiners that came with my exercise equipment with these. A must do to prevent any mishaps especially if you are lifting heavy!
