Love the sound. Very relaxing. However, if around dogs they are sensitive to the sound and start barking. Oy vey.

Cute, but not designed well.
The fact that you have to pull the whistle part out in order to use it made me nervous. It leaves a lot of room for it to dropped/lost/misplaced. It also really did not do anything for me. I tried to like it. I returned this item because it did not meet expectations.

I’ve never heard of this product before but thought it would be fun for my son to have. It’s super easy to use. I was expecting a whistle sound but it sounds more like a harmonica. It’s super cool. It also comes with a string to swap out with the metal necklace.

Surprisingly sturdy and very well packaged
The meditation necklace is basically a small, shiny silver whistle that fits snugly in the black (or colorful) base, which then attaches to the necklace itself. It comes with a simple chain that can be easily adjusted to fit.It also came very well packaged in a beautiful jewelry case with an extra leather thong. This could easily be giftable. Strong make, works exactly as advertised and looks very nice doing it.
