Very Soothing. Plays a C5 tone.
I ordered this Meditation Whistle Necklace in the brown color. The whistle came well-protected in a box nice enough for gifting. Inside the box is a jewelry box that holds the whistle. The whistle comes on a regular ball chain, but it comes with a black wax-coated string which would possibly make the necklace look more like jewelry, and which might be better for those who suffer from metal allergies. Also included is a velvety case and an attractive fold-out brochure which explains how to use the whistle. I did not find the 2 spare silicone whistle rings which the advertisement mentioned would be included, but I am not sure how or where those would be used. The whistle is encased in the outer, bamboo-fashioned capsule. You must unscrew the capsule and remove the whistle to play it. The tone is a very pure C5, as my electronic tuner showed when it was set to 440 Hz. The whistle has the letter C engraved on its inside, at the blowing end. This whistle could also be used to help musicians tune their instruments to C. I like this meditation whistle necklace very much and I think it would make a thoughtful gift to stressed out friends or to musicians.

One note harmonica
At first I thought this was a silly thing, but actually I kind of like it. Do I need a harmonica note to aid in mindfulness? Idk, It’s nice to wear around your neck, i do try and use it for the intended purpose, I can’t really dislike it. Just know what you’re getting essentially is one note of a harmonica in terms of the sound producing device.

Thought this was just a resistive breathing tool for anxiety, but this is more for meditation for sure. The tone is alright, but definitely can be annoying to those that aren’t aware of what it is for. the box it came in was nice and the actual necklace is nice.
