Expensive but nice
I wasn’t aware you have to remove the small flute from the main piece which is a choking hazard for my special needs child that I bought it for. So it’s not special in that sense ..we still have to be very careful about supervision.It’s nice that you can blow one side and breathe in on the other and the tune is a nice C and not some cringe notes and pitch as we have experienced with other mini harmonicas.I’m satisfied enough with that last factor that I am not going to return it but it’s borderline too much for what it is……the chain is just a polyester cord. Ew. But whatever….and the main piece is just heavy enough to be quality but not too heavy.If it was just a little heavier, tone a bit off it would be going back for sure.

Portable pitch pipe
I got this just cause it looked cool and found it to basically be a portable pitch pipe. The removable whistle is even marked with a C which it the note that comes out from either end. I say both ends cause one end makes a sound by blowing and the other end makes the sound by inhaling. It’s pretty cool and a hand stylish necklace to have in case of random singing or locating someone or just making noise to get someone away from you. Oh and yeah, I supposed it can calm your breathing as well, which is the literal intended purpose.

Nicely made and seemingly effective.
I had known about anxiety whistles before acquiring this one, but that one I had used prior didn’t produce sound. I was intrigued over the studies that were conducted on 528 hz frequency sound whistles and thus, had opted to order this one to see if it really made a difference. The sound is very pleasant and is controlled by the 6-8 second steady, gentle exhale of one’s breath.I’d wanted this anxiety necklace particularly to utilize at night before bedtime and to also take with me when on the road for work. I had done six breathing cycles as per the included “How to Use?” instructions and I did achieve a more relaxed state (that continues as I write this review).The anxiety necklace arrived complete with a beaded chain and nicely packaged within a gift box, along with an extra cord bracelet, spare silicone rings for (use inside the whistle cap), velvet storage/travel pouch and guide manual. I found it to be comfortable and uncumbersome when worn around the neck.I believe that this anxiety necklace would make a wonderful gift for someone who may need support in dealing with the stress of everyday life and particularly someone who practices yoga, meditation and a homeopathic lifestyle.

Not something to use in quiet settings
I have never seen anything like this before but thought I would give it a try. It comes in a nice little gift box so it would be a thoughtful gift to give someone that may be more “on edge” or just likes to meditate. It sounds like a harmonica that can make one pitch. It hangs in a little device on a cord as a necklace. To be able to use it, you need to remove the small metal piece. I thought this would be almost silent before I tried it out but was a bit surprised to find that it can actually be a bit loud. I was hoping it would be a bit more of a discreet meditation device for when I am out, but I can’t see myself wanting to use this where other people may look as I use it. It seems fine for at home though.

It’s a fun gimmicky whistle that just might work? I find that the fun of using it and having to explain it takes away some edge right from the get-go anyway! Why not try it. No idea the science of it all, but I might give it a shot if I really needed a new angle – and did just that!What I did not like:While you can’t put a price on stress-relief, I think $33 for this is a bit of a premium price, but it does seem well-made.Overall:4 stars for being a quirky fun distraction that might actually work just for those reasons??

Helps me meditate.
I meditate and do breathing exercises daily. This meditation whistle has been a very helpful tool that’s allowed me to relieve stress and restore calm. I find the sound to be very soothing. The whistle itself is very pretty. It came on a silver ball chain necklace but a black cord is included if you want to swap them out. It also came with a soft sided whistle holder that I use when out and about as well as a decorative box that looks pretty on my side table.

Meditation Whistle – Thoughtful but a Bit Small
The Meditation Whistle comes in a nice gift box, making it perfect for gifting. However, the whistle needs to be removed from its holder for use, and it would be more convenient if it didn’t require separation. It’s also a bit small, which could pose a choking hazard around children, so be cautious. That said, it has a pleasant tone, similar to a single note from a harmonica, and can be soothing for mindfulness and breathing exercises.
