The AssaultRower Pro is a well built, beast of a rower and a considerable value
This is a quality unit that is mostly metal (aluminum and steel). The ability to stand it up easily, despite its considerable weight is fantastic. The footprint once it is standing is great for the space that I have. You will need 7 feet of space from floor to ceiling but most ceilings are over 7 feet. I’ve used many rowers and this one has a chain pull and fan set up. This set up is much better than a strap or a water system. Because of the chain pull and the fan you get resistance when you pull AND as you go back. This is serious burn. I can already see that this rower will last and I can take my fitness journey to a new level. I paid for the delivery AND assembly and I can honestly say that the Amazon team that delivered and set up this unit were thorough and professional. By the way, the only reason that I gave it only 4 stars is that there is not a place on the console that I can set my phone on. I like to use an app that is on my phone to track my fitness journey. Having said that, especially for the very competitive price, this rower is a good value in my opinion.

It was left on the front porch. Given its weight I thought I could take it out of box and move the individual components down stairs easier than the whole package. It became obvious it has to be assembled out of box on the site.After the struggle getting it around back in basement assembly proved easy. Well made product. I am very happy with my purchase

Terrible delivery experience
The rower was damaged during delivery and now will be returned. Will update if the pick up from basement happens as promised.Equipment is really heavy for one person to carry.
