Nice!
I bought this rowing machine for cardio and muscle building and it absolutely delivers! This product is very easy to assemble with a pretty sturdy rope and handle which is already assembled within the machine. There are 8 levels on the machine which offers a wide range of resistance and makes it great for beginners or people with experience. The machine is very quiet and doesn’t take up too much space in the living room which is good if I want to work out early in the morning. Additionally, you can adjust the seats by sliding which fixes height difference for whoever is using it without unscrewing and screwing things back in. The product is definitely worth trying for its value if you are into losing weight or building muscle in your arms or shoulders!

Good enough
My only quibble is that for a rowing machine it’s somewhat short. I have both short arms and legs and I still only just get a full extension at full draw. Still, it’s good enough for my purposes and will work for me. If you’re taller than I am (5’6″) or have unusually long arms or legs you might want to pick a different machine that’s a little longer and has more reach on it. Other than that, two things I like very much about it is that the magnetic resistance feature works smoothly, and the machine is almost completely silent in use. Much quieter than the gym quality rowers at my health club, which presumably cost many times what this machine sells for. The build quality also appears to be high.Overall I’d say that this is more than suitable for my purposes and quite a deal at the price I paid ($179). Would recommend to friends and family.

Blue paint on screws?
Assembling was going great until it came to attaching rear support frame to seat slide tube. The hexagon socket head screws have something (paint) blue on the threads. Is it there for a reason because the screws won’t go in.Will update review as soon as I figure this out & am able to actually use it.

This was no fun
Two things I like about this rower? 1. Price 2. QuietThe other 3-99 things I dislike? Whoever said this was easy to put together, is not telling the truth. I am a 5 foot woman and I use tools on a daily basis so after reading the reviews on how easy this machine is to put together, combined with the quietness and the price, I thought I would give it a shot. If nothing else I have learned what to look for in my next rower. Just putting this machine together was a lesson in frustration. Some of the screws were stripped, some wouldn’t go in straight, and I had several leftover ! That was a little worrisome. The holder for your iPhone sits directly in front of the timer/distance counter, which is very annoying especially if you wanna watch any kind of instructional video on your phone or tablet. Then, in the consul of this machine, there should have been a hole to slide the poles through that connects the floor pedals on either side. That hole was not completely drilled out so I spent an hour grinding that metal out before I could get the pole through. Even then, getting that pole through is a pain in the you-know-what. Once the pedals are on, considering how difficult it was to get them there in the first place, there’s no way to move the Velcro straps so unless you tested the Velcros position beforehand, once those poles are fastened, there’s no way to adjust the straps…..Which is what happened to me. The Velcro barely catches. Given that the foot Pads are stationary and don’t flex with your foot, the Velcro continuously comes loose with any kind of pressure. The other huge drawback is that this machines console looks bigger in the pictures than it is so when the seat is sliding forward towards the console, instead of going straight, you feel like the strap is pulling you downward….if that makes sense….which makes it very difficult to have your knees inside your arms, where they should be. I’m constantly finding myself with my knees outside of my arms which irritates my hips. Maybe these would all be better if I was taller? Pay the extra for a better machine.

Great Rower for the Space conscious.
This rower is a great addition for workouts in an apartment. It’s really compact and it packs a punch. I’ve gotten great workouts with it.

Light weight, space saving options.
Took a little bit to put together but really not bad. Some reviews state screws were all over the place when opening the box. It looks like they fixed that with more tape on the items to make sure they are all intact. Resistance is decent. Very light weight, and mobile. I like this rower because it takes no space and has the option to stand up. The price is affordable. I got this when it was on sale for around $110 with tax. Considering others were $200 and up this was exactly what I was looking for.
