Sturdy and High Quality
Overall very happy with it. All the pieces are thick steel and quality welds. As others mentioned, there is some sliding resistance due to the tight fit between the plastic bushings which hold the sliders and the bars that they slide on but that means it doesn’t wobble at all and it will wear in over time to slide easier. There is also a mechanical advantage due to the multiple lengths of supporting cables so you end up using more weight than you think you need and the friction on the bar becomes negligible. Took about two hours to set up. The instructions were not hard to understand or complicated. Definitely good value and would recommend.

Great all around workout machine.
Great quality at a great price. Easy to assemble on my own. I read others reviewers who say the instructions are confusing I didn’t think so. I will use this one piece of equipment more then anything else I have for weights. It also looks good too. Well built.

Sticks
Both sides stick very annoying. I’m trying to work out as there’s pressure than no pressure. It does it when it’s high and low as you can see it just stops the weight. Tried putting oil on their same thing. It’s like the bars or bent or something.

Great Quality. Very confusing assembly.
This product once finished works excellent, various different beneficial workouts that hit different types of muscle groups. With that being said, the assembly process was borderline traumatic lol. It took all day with the help of 3 others to figure out how to put it together, the instructions are utter complete trash.
