PREMIUM ALASKAN COD LIVER OIL: Dutch Harbor Omega Maintain Softgels deliver 500mg of naturally-occurring omega 3 fatty acids (EPA, DHA, DPA) in their highly bioavailable triglyceride form. Sustainably sourced from line-caught Alaskan cod in the pristine waters of the Bering Sea, then minimally processed at low temperatures to preserve all beneficial compounds.
NUTRIENT SUPPORT FOR IMMUNE FUNCTION: Contains 120mcg of naturally-occurring pro-resolving mediators (PRMs) that contribute to normal immune function.* Our extraction process preserves these compounds that are often destroyed in conventional fish oil processing.
NUTRITIONAL WELLNESS SUPPORT: Contains nutrients that contribute to normal cognitive function, cardiovascular health, and overall wellness with naturally-occurring vitamins A and D.* Each serving provides nutrients that play a role in maintaining normal brain function, heart function, and immune system function.*
CERTIFIED SUSTAINABLE: Proudly certified by both Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Responsible Fisheries Management (RFM), ensuring environmentally responsible fishing practices. Our cod are line-caught by humans, not trawled by machines, supporting both ecological sustainability and Alaskan fishing communities.
PURE QUALITY, NO COMPROMISES: No fishy aftertaste thanks to our natural lemon flavor. Non-GMO, gluten-free, and dairy-free with no synthetic ingredients added. Each bottle contains 120 softgels for a full 2-month supply. Flash-frozen immediately after catch to preserve nutrient integrity and maintain highest quality standards.

This is one of the best fish oils out there, easy to digest. Been taking for awhile now with absolutly no regrets.

This time it was good.
This order was received fresh and in good condition. My last order was not. A capsule had broken inside and spoiled the whole bottle. I have been ordering from this company for a long time and that was the only time I got a bad bottle so I took a chance and ordered again. Because these are non returnable I contacted the manufacturer and they made good on the bad bottle. It’s a risk to order these expensive fish oil capsules but they are my favorite because of the lemon flavor and no fishy taste.

May Help
My husband is very sensitive to fish which is essential to your heart health. In fact, he is so sensitive that he prefers vegetable-based Omega 3 tablets. I am not that sensitive and, while I realize that numerous studies have demonstrated that the benefits from Omega 3 are marginal, marginal is better than none.I do not of course think that a nicely packaged pill can make up for a lousy diet. (Or, in my case, far too much coffee). It is for that reason, that I make an effort to eat nuts, vegetables and fish with the occasional chicken thrown in. However, the same studies showing that Omega 3 is a waste of money if you have a lousy diet, also indicate that if you try to live healthy (which in large part means eat healthy) then it can have a marginal benefit.I’ll take marginal. These tablets are far larger than their plant-based counterparts and I need plenty of liquid to help them go down. I think they might help a little though with supplements it’s always hard to tell how much of the help is from a (mostly—coffee aside) decent diet and how much is from the supplement itself. In any event, I would recommend these. However, they are not a silver bullet. You still need to eat healthy and exercise in order to be healthy.

Good quality
These are easy to swallow and good quality. I didn’t have any problems with taste, which is a big plus for me. I will continue to buy.

High quality and effective.
I researched this a bit and it is about as good a quality is available on market. I noticed a significant difference when taking it.
