The correct cuff size is the circumference of your upper arm.
2. Using the cuff incorrectly
Please check the location of the brachial artery marker is above the artery and the air tube should run down the center of your arm. Do not wrap it too tight or too loose.

To determine the correct size, use a cloth tape to measure and place it at the midpoint between your elbow and shoulder around the circumference of upper arm.

Works Great and Easy to set-up.
Very easy to use, seems to be accurate, also shows the date and time, I record my results on paper, nice to not have to hunt down what the date and time it is. I have 19″ arms, the large cuff has more than enough room.

I had to start monitoring my blood pressure multiple times daily and purchased this unit after a couple of the wrist ones failed.First, the negative things: Definitely stock up on batteries if you have to use it frequently–the battery life is short. Maybe use rechargeable ones, too. If the batteries die, you will lose your reading history and have to reset the whole machine. It’s also the same if the batteries fall out. I’m not sure if I was just using it wrong or if there was an option to save the data that I missed.Now the positives: It’s easy to use. It comes with different sized cuffs that are easy to switch out. It’s accurate–my doctor compared it to the manual sphygmomanometer in her office along with the automatic one in her office and it came up with the exact same readings as both. It tracks user histories so you can see trends in readings over time.Overall great value, reliable, and accurate.
