Life’s too short to not add a little turmeric
Turmeric — and more specifically its active compound curcumin — is important because of its powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and overall health-supporting properties. Why not add it to your daily supplements? The black pepper extract definitely helps absorption by up to 2000%…great product and affordable!

Great products 2nd reorder
This is my second order of turmeric. You can see that both the 500mg and 1000mg bottles and capsules look the same. I really believe it helps with pain and inflammation. I feel good when I take it and my body often muscle tests as a “yes.”I ordered a different mg and the capsules are the same size, the difference is the color intensity of the higher mg pill. They are easy to swallow and the ingredients simple and healthy. My energy levels are good when taking it.

I’ve been taking these supplements for over a year and have had no adverse or negative effects. It’s difficult to determine if a supplement is actually helping sometimes, but when I ran out of these and was without them for a short while, my joint pain and inflammation increased, so I believe they are helping with that issue. If you are into natural herbal medicine, this is a must have, always consult your physician before the use of any natural medicine because some might interfere with your current medical treatment and you might have to make adjustments like i did. I highly recommend it for RA and IBS-C, I love it.
