Looking for Vitamin b without biotin
No problem with the product, most vitamin b products have too much of everything in them and includes biotin (which gives me a headache) No negative side effects, aftertaste, burping or upset stomach. I haven’t felt a change in my energy levels and I’m okay with that. My third time purchasing. Very pleased!

Seems to be good quality, but causes significant stomach upset for me. I wish they came in smaller pill sizes so I could split them up throughout the day a bit more.

Excellent B Complex
Good brand for methylated B vitamins. When your B viamins are methylated your body can absorb them so much better especially if you have the MTHFR gene. This is a good brand and easy to take capsules!

Worth the price for me!
I feel great taking these fish pills. I take them everyday among other things for overall health. I believe they help keep my brain sharp for work. 1 star deducted for fish burps but that’s normal too.
