Really nice rowing machine
I’ve always wanted a rowing machine. This one was available at a great price so I took a shot at it. I’ve used it every day for about a week now and I love it. It glides smoothly, is easy to adjust, and gives a great workout. The build quality is excellent, it’s very sturdy and doesn’t flex or feel cheap at all, and it only took about 15 minutes to assemble. I’m very happy with this purchase and hopefully I stick to using it every day for the cardio benefits. It isn’t noisy at all so you can use it in front of a TV or whatever you prefer. Highly recommend this if you are in the market for one.

Perfect for Beginners Starting a Home Gym!
This rower is really great for beginners! I recently started putting together a home gym, and this was one of my first equipment purchases. I’m so glad I chose it. Great machine easily assembled in 30 minutes cannot hear a sound when using would have given a five but really do not like the plastic foot rest with ties slip and uncomfortable but a great machine overall

Very quiet and a great workout
I don’t write a ton of reviews, but this one actually deserves it.I’ll start by saying what others have said, it works very well. It works out all of your muscles very easily. Start at half resistance and work your way up. I lift weights and this seems easy, but it is the repetitions that work. You burn a lot of calories.The most important thing for me was noise. It is absolutely quiet. I was concerned as we have a light sleeping baby. It was totally silent and smooth.It stands up easily and doesn’t take up much room at all when it’s not in use. It’s perfect and a great value for a great rowing machine.

It’s a winner!
Went together relatively easy. Very quiet and smooth rowing. Compact size and well built. Love the monitor for counting pulls, etc. No complaints. It’s a winner!

Okay Machine
This machine is okay for a home workout. My heart rate was steady for 30 minute, and I was at the highest resistance. However, this rower is great for someone just starting to workout. In addition, the rowers at the gym are more challenging .At 10 to 15 minutes I am enervated, and with an elevated heart rate.
