Wonderful High-Quality Packable Backpack!
This is an outstanding packable backpack! There are 2 quick access pockets, room for a 13 inch MacBook Air, and it is comfortable to carry! Just as good as more expensive options. The zippers are great! It is very lightweight. I like the color (spruce green) and the way it looks on my back. I am actually using it for work.

Great back pack for travel
We both have these now for our travels. They are well made, comfortable, attractive and light weight. Empty, they take up very little room, great for travel. In running through large airports, it is far more comfortable and secure to have these. I like to have both hands free. They fit under the seats of aircraft well. When ashore, they make it easier to go shopping. Love these!

Awesome backpack!
Bought this backpack for a recent trip to Alaska. Absolutely love it. Perfect size for personal item on flight, taking on tours, biking, and walking around town. Had plenty of room for my packable rain coat, binoculars, gloves, extra shirt, water bottle, and miscellaneous other items. The inside sleeve worked great for my ipad and travel documents. The outside zipped pockets were good for items I needed to get to quickly without digging through the main compartment. Also, the price was good. For some reason two colors had a coupon when I ordered, so I got black cherry for less than $25. I really like the color. It looks red in the listing, but it is actually a really nice black cherry shade. It is also water resistant, but does get wet in ongoing rain. I put my items in a plastic bag in the backpack when rain was expected and my stuff stayed dry. It didn’t seem to wet through to the inside, but it never poured when I used it. Very comfortable to wear. Quality is good and zippers work well. It is a packable if you want to put it in your luggage or for storage. Definitely recommend!

Good packable day pack at a great price.
I try to travel light, with only carry-on luggage. Mostly that means a large carry-on bag and a large-ish backpack that barely fits under an airplane seat. But that pack is too bulky and heavy to make an ideal daypack once I’m at the destination, and you can’t have 3 carry-on bags. The solution is this Eddie Bauer daypack. It really does pack into its own zipper pocket, so it’s easy to tuck into one of your carry-ons. Once folded out, it’s plenty large enough for rain gear, snacks, water bottle, etc. So far it seems durable despite being very lightweight; it just came through two weeks of daily use with flying colors. And it’s comfortable to wear.My one minor complaint is that the mesh water bottle/umbrella pockets are a little too shallow, so things have a tendency to fall out of them when you’re taking the pack off or putting it on (or riding in the back of a pickup on a rough road…). I’d suggest tethering anything you keep in those pockets to the pack to avoid accidental loss.

Packs up nicely and is well made. Great as a day pack or for overflow when returning from a trip. Nice organization with the front pockets.

Super roomy, light, packable, and durable!
I got this for a trip to Malaysia and love it! The 30L capacity is roomy yet it didn’t take up much space in my suitcase. It easily fit overnight essentials for a part of the trip when we couldn’t take luggage. It has the high quality and comfort you’d expect from Eddie Bauer. Highly recommend!!The care instructions say “do not wash” but I was nasty sweaty in the rainforest and thought I’d risk it. It washed beautifully in warm water on the delicate cycle (my machine does not have an agitator).

Good, not great
It has a lot of space, and folds up easily. It doesn’t droop, even with a fair amount of weight on it. What I don’t like are the black front straps, that do not match the rest of it, and the packed size, which is rather large and would take up a considerable amount of space in a backpack. I like it, don’t love it, and might do a little more searching if I were looking for a pack-able second pack again.

Folds up small but holds a lot! Perfect for trips where you may take a day hike.
Love this pack. I take it with me when traveling. Lightweight and packs up small in its own pocket. When vacationing we often do day hikes. I wouldn’t use a purse, so this is perfect. The straps are comfortable for me, but I have not used it with too much weight. the main compartment zippers allow you to place a lock (TSA) on them or a small carabiner type clip to prevent pick pockets. Sometimes I buy too many souvenirs, I can check it, basically filled with stuff like t shirts/pj’s/flip flops/sunscreen etc. I don’t trust checking anything valuable on a plane, so I actually don’t even bother to lock it. I’m 5’3 and this is a great size pack for me. I’ve wiped it with wet wipes to clean it, and have not had any issues.

This is my second one of these! First one was used heaps and lasted well for 8 years and could probably be mended (just a little tear) but love the new colours so grabbed another one.

Es bastante costosa. La de 30 litros está bastante bien, podrian mejorar algunas cosas. La de 20 litros es completamente diferente a la de 30. Es similar a la de la fotografía. Este diseño no me gusta.

It’s fine. Lightweight , packable. An additional interior pocket would be better. It’s definitely made for men (very thick straps set far apart).
