My family has been using this product for a few years. The ingredients are pretty clean, it’s sugar-free and I love that they use organic ingredients. One of the few quality electrolytes available, in my opinion. I love this flavor too! Tastes like a refreshing burst of light orange juice – not too sweet at all, which I personally love!This has made me drink a lot more water. I usually have the individual packets on hand but we use so much of this that I bought the larger container… Highly recommend!!

Noticeable benefits, light & natural flavor
My fav electrolyte that I’ve found so far. I’m not a very habit-oriented person but you can count on me drinking this every single morning! I always mix it into a 24 oz thermos and it gives me more of a flavored water taste, which I prefer. It’s not too sweet, not too salty. The stevia leaf extract doesn’t ring as fake to me, and I am usually sensitive and put-off by alternative sugars.Benefits for me: I’ve noticed my dizziness and tunnel vision from low blood pressure have reduced. Also, after having my first migraine with aura a couple years ago, I sometimes still get an occasional pin-point of that aura in my vision (sans migraine). I noticed that drinking this reduces the instances of that little pinpoint, which I confirmed as soon as I ran out of Nectar packs and had to switch to a different one (Goodonya Hydrate powder).Comparisons to others:* Goodonya Hydrate: clean ingredients, a little expensive, mild yet enjoyable flavor, but I didn’t notice the same benefits as mentioned above.* ProMix Watermelon: liked the taste, but very expensive and too salty; I’m not really active enough to justify needing that much salt.* Liquid IV: Ultimately I didn’t want the sugar. Cotton Candy (the kids version) was my fav flavor – very light tasting, but that’s prob bc it’s basically just half of an adult portion. I also really liked the yuzu pineapple flavor with caffeine, but I’d rather have coffee.If I’m particularly active and feel like I need more replenishment, I’ll just have two nectar servings that day.Flavor: I liked all the flavors in the variety pack except for orange for some reason. Tasted like watered down orange oil and wasn’t for me. After going through the whole variety pack, I have since reordered entire packs of almost all the other flavors: strawberry lemonade, cherry pom, wild berry, and watermelon. Cheers to hydration!

Awesome product!
Was struggling with rehydrating post illness. Within two days of starting to take these I can really tell a difference. My pee is lighter in color. My energy is coming back. These are definitely worth the money. No sugar drag. Taste much better than Pedialyte. Drank first thing in the morning, midday, and before evening meal for three days post illness so far. Very pleased. Will purchase again.

Healthiest Hydration Packets 😊
I did a ton of research on hydration products for our family. I found A Urologist that did extensive research on 12 different hydration products and she gave Nectar Hydration Packets a 4.9 out of 5. So I thought I would give it a try. We absolutely love it. 1. Best tasting, 2. Made with organic fruit and no artificial ingredients. 3. Sugar free. 4. Zero Calories, 5. Variety of flavors, 6. 100% Vegan 7. Easy to use. 8. Price is reasonable. 9. Absolutely no stomach upset. 10. Very effective at keeping us all hydrated. We have been using this for several months now. I personally love all the flavors so I get the variety package. My son likes the strawberry lemonade so I get him a 30 day supply of those. You can get the variety pack and see what you like best. I will say that you need to shake it vigorously to get it all to dissolve completely. Some I’ve read add it to a little warm water first so it dissolves easier. It all depends on what you prefer. I keep the packets in a Tupperware container for easy access 👍. I will definitely continue using this product for our family. Give it a try I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Not overly sweet
The Nectar hydration packets are very good. They are not too sweet, like some others and my favorite is the cherry pomegranate. They really help boost hydration, when i am run down due to illness or overworking. I would give 5 stars but the powder has a tendency to clump and you wind up with chunks in your water. Fine for me, but it icks my daughter out…

Pure, simple and so refreshing!
Hydration is so important to me—especially battling cancer and living with an ostomy. I’ve tried so many different hydration sticks, but most were way too sweet or had an overpowering flavor. Decent Hydration, but Not for Sensitive Stomachs
The Nectar Hydration Packets do a good job of keeping you hydrated with clean ingredients and zero sugar, but they’re not perfect. While I appreciate the organic fruit-based formula and no-sugar, low-calorie profile, a few of the flavors didn’t sit well with me — they caused a bit of stomach upset and even mild headaches afterward.💧 What’s Good:Great idea for a sugar-free electrolyte option.Dissolves quickly and is easy to carry on the go.Light and refreshing for basic hydration.⚠️ What Could Be Better:Some flavors have that typical “sugar-free drink” aftertaste.A few caused digestive discomfort and headaches.Flavor strength varies — some taste flat, others too artificial.Overall, it’s an average pick — convenient and clean, but not the best for those with sensitive stomachs or who dislike artificial flavor tones.
