This is literally the best for my gut! I now have regular/healthier gut movements and easier time digesting. I got the mango flavor and it actually tastes so good! not like the other gross flavored for powders. this is definitely worth your subscription. it takes time for your body to get fully used to it, i would give it a solid three months before you give up on it.

Doesn’t Mix Well
The lemon ginger flavor is ok, but takes some getting used to. My biggest complaint is that is doesn’t mix/dissolve well in water. It sticks to the side of my shaker bottle and settles at the bottom so you’re left with chunks when you reach the bottom. It mixed ok using my ninja blender, but that’s not always convenient. It did help my digestion, though. But for the issues I had, I found a different product that works just as well, but mixes much better.
