Two Mats in One Case
I thought the pillow was a little low and squishy so I got a second mat and put two in one, saving the second case. Up a little higher off the ground. Feels more firm, with cushioning, beating out the competing meditation mat. If you don’t mind the price of buying two, it’s highly recommended.

I saw some other reviews that talk about being sure to have to keep the pillow ‘fluffy’. In my case I don’t have to do that, maybe because I am able to keep it flat. I am NOT folding it up to store it. I live alone so when it is not on the floor I put it on my bed. The second reason I do this is to keep the dog off of it and shedding all over it or ripping the material, OR, ending up wanting to sleep on it instead of curling up with me!This serves it’s purpose to keep my feet and legs from the pain of direct contact with the floor. I still have issues with learning how to position my legs so not to cut off circulation, but that is NOT connected to the pillow.I meditate for 1 hour every morning just when I get up and for 1 hour just before going to bed.. I picked this color because is goes with my linoleum floor and curtains that are burgundy.Overall, I am very pleased and it is making my meditation time much more comfortable AND enjoyable. I even look forward to my meditation time even more because of it!

Die Beschreibung des Produkts ist fehlerhaft. Dort ist zu lesen, ” Florensi Meditationsmatte Zabuton, Samt Bodenkissen zum Sitzen, Meditationskissen und Kissen mit 100% Baumwolleinsatz, Yogakissen für Damen und Herren” Ich war davon ausgegangen, dass ich eine MATTE und ein KISSEN erhalten würde. Ich habe jedoch lediglich eine MATTE erhalten. Deshalb bin ich mit dem Ergebnis nicht zufrieden.
