Great detox tea with gentle results
I’ve used the Hyleys 14-Day Weight Loss Kit a couple of times, and it really helps with bloating and digestion. The flavors are mild, and the tea is easy to drink hot or cold. I didn’t experience any harsh side effects, but the results are more about cleansing than dramatic weight loss. Overall, a good addition if you’re looking for a gentle detox. What a nice, smooth starter kit to weightloss. I’m on day two and just had my afternoon glass of goji berry. It says to take 30 minutes before meal. I added a bit of honey for the taste. It smells and tastes really good. I like how it has instructions on the box and the back of the tea bags. They come in foil wraps, that’s the best part so I know it’s fresh. You can smell the freshness too. It also has the days all over as well. So excited about this tea!! Good price to start.

The product arrived quickly, and in the box comes the instructions to be able to prepare it and the days you should use the teas. The bad thing is the bad taste is ugly, I made a little sugar (I don’t know if it’s the right thing) but it’s not to have that ugly taste.The first day of the teas: I followed the instructions that said on the box and I had no problem, I went to do a lot of the bathroom but like diarrhea. (I don’t know if it’s normal)On day 2 of the teas: more of the same I took them with the indications and went to the bathroom that if to run because I felt that at any moment the diarrhea was going to come out.Day 3 of the teas: super bad, I have a lot of stomach aches and colic’s but I don’t know if it’s normal to have those symptoms of stomach pain. And I’m thinking of suspending it for 2 days and then resuming it again.

Tea Time All Day and I’m Ok With That
Not only are the tea flavors really good but the set up in the box is perfect for me to stay on track. One tea bag actually makes a small tea pot so you can use the leftover for ice tea to sip through the day with lemon and fresh ginger.The evening tea does have a mild laxative effect similar to the “smooth move brand” so I recommend diluting it a bit more the first few times. I also found I could take that every other night after the first week.Do not wait until to late in the day to take the first two teas as they might keep you awake. Before 3pm was no problem.I definitely felt lighter and less bloated after the first week. My energy level increased a great deal by day 4 and all in all I lost 8lbs in 14 days.The Garcinia Cambogia tea (step 2) curbed my appetite immensely! I am an evening snacker and this helped me lay off all the junk.I recommend this if you are looking for something easy. Plus it will hydrate you! Drinking 7 additional cups of water a day is significant! Enjoy!

Most of these taste awful
The garcinia cambogia teas are the worst, both flavors taste absolutely stale and dusty, like the tea sat in an old warehouse for an extended period of time before it was bagged up, packaged, and shipped out. The acai was bad but I took literally one sip of the orange and dumped out the rest of the cup. Just awful. The lemongrass is sort of okayish, turmeric is bad. The senna teas were fine, the goji flavor is pretty decent and the blueberry was the only one I actually enjoyed and would buy separately (interesting note, I chose this brand because I’d previously gotten pineapple flavored senna tea from Hyleys and it was good, their fruity senna teas are apparently what they do well). There are definitely multipacks of teas like this that taste MUCH better, do yourself a favor and seek out a different one than this.
