Beautiful journal
I sat on this journal for a minute due to cost, but this honestly is an awesome journal. It is well made with a hard cover and very thick paper. It has a great design with the tree of life on the front and other spiritual imagery within. The personal connection the author makes throughout the first 20 pages is both beautiful and helpful to those starting out on their journaling journey and are unsure of where to start. In the end, I would definitely buy this journal again.

Almost Perfect
I really love this journal! It’s beautiful and seems well made. I love that there are daily and weekly journaling prompts and a habit tracker. The two bookmark ribbons are really nice as well. I’ve really been able to stick with this journal and have created new habits because of it.I gave this a 4-star rating because I was hoping there would be a deeper journaling question everyday, but those “deeper work” prompts only continue through the first week. There are some additional prompts at the beginning of the journal, but I find myself searching for better journal prompts online. I expected more guidance throughout. (Also, I found a small typo, just in case the company reads this: The instructions say these prompts are found in the back of the book, but they are in the front). Also (another small criticism), there are only two pages of habit trackers. This is supposed to be a 3 month journal, so it would be ideal to have 3 months of habit trackers.Regardless, I will be purchasing this journal again. It is highly enjoyable to use and to carry with me. The daily gratitude, emotional awareness, and highest priority prompts are so helpful for me. Also, the weekly prompts are such a treat at the end of each week to go a little deeper.

Simple & sweet
Really well done! I use this everyday. Awesome for habit building! The quality is great. I do feel like it could be a tad bit cheaper especially for the amount of pages you get. If you struggle with journaling consistently or need to get back into journaling this is a great start! It’s a reflection, habit building, and gratitude journal in one. Each week it gives you a new prompt to meditate on. I hope that they publish a night journal one day. It also serves as a nice memento journal and is a beautiful piece to store/display on your shelves as the years pass by. Highly recommend for simplistic journaling and reform!!

Best i found for 1st journal!!
This malediction journal is amazing. I went out on a limb buying this bc it was only rated a 3.8 star at the time and I typically never bother buying anything that’s not a 4.5 or higher but this journal stuck out with how pretty it is. The inside it just as powerful. The author gives step by step direction, guidance, examples, and personal experience. Awesome first journal for anyone trying to really make a change in their life and find themselves. I’m so glad I bought this one. If u r struggling to make the change, and bring Journaling as a daily habit of yours, this journal is 100% for you!

Helpful prompts, low-pressure journaling, probably best for someone just starting out
I’ve been a journal keeper on and off since I was in grade school. I’m a sucker for blank books and lately I’ve found myself drawn to journals with prompts for writing. This is partly because as I’ve gotten older, I have found that I’ll put off joujrnaling if I feel like I don’t have time and that, of course, defeats the point of journaling, when it never gets done. This book is very attractive. The light linen cover and gold embossing make it feel important. I like the double ribbon bookmarks. At the front of the journal are some additional prompt ideas and it’s nice to have those bookmarked in case I’m drawing a blank for what to write about. The prompts are the same each day, and each week has a new idea to consider as well. It feels unnecessary, though, to have an example page at the front – which you can’t remove because it’s attached to the first daily prompt. All that said, the price of this journal is steep. It could be a lovely and generous gift for someone new to journaling but feels a bit pricey to spend on myself. If I write in it every day, then it’s only about 12 weeks long. Honestly this is fine, as any longer and the journal would get too heavy/thick, but that’s something to consider, as it won’t be a full year’s journal.
