This is a product that it will take weeks to know if it does what it promises. I take 5 grams a day in my protein shake. Blends well and has no taste of its own. The expiration date was good which is very important. I experienced a little bloating in my face but if I wasn’t examining myself for bloating, I probably wouldn’t have noticed. I’ll probably buy this product/product again.
