Top 5 for a weathered big lifter
I’ve been running this Cherry Limeade flavor for a while now and it’s solid. As someone who power builds, there are mornings where I wake up and really don’t feel like hitting the gym. This gives me that extra push to get moving and stay focused once I’m there. The energy hits clean without the crash and the pumps are noticeable. Flavor is actually enjoyable too, not chalky like some others. Easily in my top 5 pre-workouts that I keep in rotation.

Works great, flavor is great, no jitters
I can’t complain. This is my first time using a pre workout product. I haven’t got the shakes or jitters, and having an extremely sensitive stomach, this doesn’t affect it in a negative way. The cherry limeade flavor is really, really good, and that is what I was most hesitant about initially. I have since ordered another. Yes I would recommend. Haven’t been disappointed yet.

Works – but give yourself time!
I purchased this without knowing much about it. I spilled my typical pre-workout supplement resulting it me being out. It was due to arrive in week as part of my subscription, so instead of throwing that off, I decided to try a new one, and for the price point, I gave this a try. This stuff works as advertised! I could feel the energy increase for my work out. It taste pretty good too. No crash afterwards. My only complaint is the timing. it says to take it a 1/2 hour before your workout. That took more planning as I am use to taking it 15 mins before it start working out. But once I managed that, this was fine and did the job admirably.

I’ve tried a bunch of pre-workouts over the years, and this one really surprised me—in a good way. The Cherry Limeade flavor is actually tasty (not too sweet or chalky), and it mixes super easily with water. No clumps, no weird aftertaste.What I really like is the clean energy boost. I take one scoop about 30 minutes before hitting the gym, and it kicks in right on time. I feel focused, energized, and ready to go—but not jittery or cracked out like some other pre-workouts. The pump is solid too, especially on arm or chest days. I can bench 225 for reps now It’s dope.If you’re looking for a reliable pre that gives you energy, focus, and a good pump without the crash, this one’s a winner. I’ll definitely be reordering.

Great product and good customer service
Best pre-workout I have tried. Kicks in quickly and I can definitely tell a difference in how hard I can train and motivates me mentally to keep going. I’ve only tried the Cherry Limeade but I like it, it’s a little sweet for my taste but I just mix with extra water. I use two scoops in 32oz of water, drink about half before the workout and the rest during. I contacted their customer support to confirm there were no carbs or calories and they responded in less than 24 hours to confirm. Great product which I will continue using for sure.

Great at first then….
I love the taste and did give me an energy boost and focus during workouts but after taking it for about two weeks, it wasn’t as effective. I know everyone’s body is different and we all react to pre workouts differently but usually for me, it takes about month/month half before I get use to a new preworkout and then try something else or go back that same product a few months later to experience that same type of energy boost. Overall, when it did work, taste was ok, I didn’t get any headaches or upset stomach as with some pre workouts. I am not against this product as I will try it again but in a new flavor but I do recommend to give it try and see if it works for you.

Gives me great energy, and better muscle pumps before my workouts with 1 scoop. Haven’t tried 2 scoops but I imagine this would be very effective for a crushing workout.

Skin crawling itch
The flavor is okay. Is dissolves easily. I get no heightened since of energy. Makes me itch for about 30 min or so… that is extremely uncomfortable. I itch from my ankles to my face. Even my eyelids. I’ve tried many PW and this is the worse, in terms of the itch and the time it takes to move pass the itch. I normally use BPI, no itch and I feel an energy surge without the crash. This is definitely a never buy again. Really wish I could get a refund but you live, try, and learn.

This stuff gets you switched on!!! I workout at 5am most days and I just need that extra pickup in the mornings.Took 20 mins before workout and I just couldn’t stop lifting weights. Felt so pumped and this stuff pushed me to go harder on everything I took on.Had No itchy tingling feeling that I’ve experienced with other pre-workout powders. 100% recommend.
