Smooth and Quiet Operation while Feeling Great!
I have tried my parents under desk elliptical from a differnt manufacturer. Let me tell you – this one (without red light) from LifePro ROCKS! The pros: Very easy to set up – it comes all put together – no parts to assemble! It also is very quiet – no one knows I am using it! I even brought it in the family room and watched TV with it going and no complaints about noise. On automatic, it runs smoothly. On manual, it of course takes more effort to use, but it still works smoothly. The cons: It is a little on the heavy side, but it is not meant to be moved every day, so not a deal breaker. It is a little on the larger size, but it needs to be to be useable. But if you are looking to put it in your family room, it might be a little big. The other con – and again – not horrible, but when I unboxed everything and set it aside, then read the user manual, it said it came with a DC power supply. There was not one in the box. Then I looked at the 2 prong power cord and it fit in the unit without a DC power supply. I even had my kids look for an area where there would be a DC power supply to plug in to and nothing. So my take is that the user manual is wrong. Maybe a previous version had one and they just didn’t update the usuer manual? Again the quality of this elliptical is superb! I have other Lifepro products and they are all top notch.

Wonderful product!
I am not going to keep you in suspense. I love this machine! It arrived in perfect condition and a couple of days early, too. It was packed extremely well, nothing was out of place, not even a dent on the box! It was easy to set up, it has some weight to it, but not so heavy that I can not move it around. I am terrible at not looking at the directions. I did glance at them, but it is easy enough that you really don’t need to, but you should. After the excitement of using it, I did go back and read the very well put-together instruction book. The only thing I had any trouble with was getting the red light to turn on. Again, if I had read the book ahead, I would have seen how to do that; it is very simple! It is fairly quiet and lots of options for usage, forward, backwards, and different speeds. I think this is going to be great for the beginner, with plenty of room to move up as you are more advanced! I have no complaints about this product and actually this is not the first Lifepro product I have and I can say from everything I have bought and used the company and their products are A1!

Timesaving tool for deskbound professionals wanting to add exercise to their day
Like most reviews, I bought this unit to get in exercise while working. I really don’t have time to devote to only walking, and trying to gain some efficiencies of time while sitting for long periods and offset the health impact of that. I already do a strength training regimen, and needed to add some light cardio without carving out additional time during the week for that. The good:It was easy to assemble, particularly when I realized the pedal bars flip up, which allows you to thread the nuts and tighten them without having to turn the unit over. It is quiet. Pedaling is smooth. Initial build quality seems really good; this appears to be a very solid piece of equipment. I’ve had it less than a week, so time will tell how well it holds up or how much maintenance it will need. It came with a strap to attach it to a chair if it seems to slide around, as well as some wheel chocks, although I don’t seem to have that issue on my carpet. It also comes with a yoga band to work your arms, which compared to the resistance bands I already use is kind of worthless, but might be nice if you are just starting out.The not-as-good:I am a little disappointed about having to use a 3rd party app to track usage, especially ones that require a subscription. Will probably have to manually track through Fitbit, which is annoying. I don’t particularly want another app anyway, but I’d rather have it automatically tracked. It isn’t a deal breaker, but I’d appreciate a more integrated approach for this. Without a way to adapt to the tools I already have, the Bluetooth is worthless to me. ANT+ probably would have been a better choice. I’ll experiment with it, and maybe can adapt another sensor externally to accomplish this.

Great gift idea or person gift
Easy set up. Simple to use for most able bodied people. Super quiet while in use. Doesn’t move around when using it. It’s a great item for the money and so far it’s met my expectations in quality. Figuring out how to set resistance for my speed wasn’t much of an issue after I got coordinated.I would definitely recommend this item to others.

Wonderful little machine! I’m already in love! !
This item works well to keep my legs active during the day. Sometimes I don’t get up and walk as much as I should so this helps. I can tell that even sitting to use it, I am working leg muscles from calves to quads. I use the seated elliptical at my gym but I was skeptical about how much this would actually work my muscles. Now I’m a believer! I am, at this moment, using it and starting to sweat a little! It’s on the lowest resistance level; there are 10 levels and level 10 WILL give you a workout for sure.I have used this while I’ve had a class in the room. The elliptical itself is very quiet; my students only know I’m pedaling because my chair squeaks and my body moves just a little. It’s also a durable little machine; it has enough weight to stay put and let you push against the pedals. This will be a Godsend on days when I don’t get to the gym because my kids have to stay late at school so I have to stay too.I love LifePro products. None have disappointed me in my quest for efficient health and fitness products.

Purchased this as a gift for my mom. She picked it out and really wanted something easy to use.She has several medical conditions and this allows her to sit on any chair, couch, etc and still get a leg workout in. She also has added resistance bands into her routine.Works very well. Great little elliptical machine. Would be great for office workers as well.

Ok, I am using the Lifepro elliptical as write this review. I received the elliptical very quickly. Once I freed the unit from the box, it was really really well packed, all I had to do was to attach the flat pedals, park it under my desk, and start pedaling. It is a very smooth and quiet machine. It is extremely solid. They also provided a mat that fits perfectly under the unit and yes, the unit does not slide around when you are pedaling. So, set-up was a dream.I am 63 and I was just barely able to lift the unit and move it to the spot where I wanted to use it. It is heavy, an older person might need help to move it. But this just shows how solid the unit is for a workout.I wear the Fitbit Charge 5, so whenever I get zapped by the watch, I get on my chair and start pedaling. I really like this purchase, and I am glad I chose this particular elliptical bike. LiseG

I’m awaiting hip replacement surgeries and wanted to supplement my movement outside of the clinic when my participation is restricted during the winter. I borrowed a Cubii from a friend to see if the movement was one I could tolerate. When the Boxing Day sale showed up for the FlexStride, I decided to try it instead. The main difference between the two products was the amount of effort exerted. I found the Cubii to be smoother and a little more compact. The FlexStride gave me more of a workout, however. I use it when reading or watching tv and it is quiet and the movement becomes automatic. Overall it was a good purchase.

This is being used to supplement my treadmill which we use twice daily. This machine will be helping some of the other muscles not being developed by the treadmill. This machine was quickly put together and ready for use. There is a QR code sticker on the device for you to download 3 apps that work with it. The first one apparently is free and the other two are not. It was easy to set up the free app and it will record via Bluetooth your workout. It will keep a running total on the machine as well, but if you are going to use it for two people as we are, you will have to record the workouts on the app and reset the machine after each use. Then the second person opens their app and does their workout which it records. Then they reset as well. So that solves that problem. Then there is our iFit subscription from the treadmill. It will not connect via Bluetooth, obviously, but you can run a workout on your iPad for example and use it with the machine. So you can still bike with the trainers – but you have to manually adjust. Anyway, it seems to be a good choice

Generally I’d say this is a great investment, I love being able to get a bit of exercise still on days where it’s hard to leave the desk. It’s very comfortable and easy to use, but I wish the resistance levels scaled a bit more – I think the top level could have added a bit more. That said, you can notice the difference. *Updated*: I thought that the bluetooth wasn’t working since my iPhone wouldn’t recognize it, but I downloaded the Kinomap app they recommended and followed the instructions, and it does work! It seems to just track the RPMs and duration (along with a calorie count). As others have mentioned, it’s very quiet (just a whirrr sound as you pedal). I’ve been able to work up a sweat while sitting at my desk, and it’s improving my muscle tone and stability, so I’m super happy with it so far.
