Works perfectly
I am a 60 yo, 5’2″ 280 lb woman with arthritis. While it took me a few hours to put it together, it was not hard. Just follow the diagrams included. Seems sturdy and easy to use. Good value for the price. The seat does wobble slightly, but not so much that it is a problem. Good bike overall. By pedalling on a low tension, I am building up stamina in my knees and getting a low impact workout. In general, I recommend it.

Smooth riding
Ride’s beautiful! Very sturdy bike. Only problem was (still not resolved) the unit with the time and distance on it had a bad wire. Thought it would be resolved when my husband called for a replacement which was free and shipped within a week. This also was a faulty wire. We will be calling the company again tomorrow.

Good exercise bike
This bike did everything I wanted it to do. I especially used it after knee replacement surgery. Had no trouble setting it up, and we did put a rubber mat underneath it since it was set on a wood floor.

THIS is the stationary bike I’ve been looking for!
I was hesitant about buying an exercise bike I couldn’t try out in person, but I am very pleased with this one! It operates smoothly and is very solid and secure. No wobbles or creaking (except for me). The screen has just enough information for me: miles, time, speed, etc. It has a lot of features for a reasonable price.I like the option of using the handles up high or down low; the handles in front actually make a convenient perch where I can hold my tablet while cycling. One excellent feature that I had not considered before was the low step-through to get on. A big plus!

How long are your legs
I am very happy with this recumbent bike. I am using it to bend my knee after knee replacement. I have put a 1 1/2″ block on the pedal and I have an assortment of pillows behind my back to make the seat close enough for me to have to bend the knee enough to be beneficial. I am 5’3″ and have a 27″ pants length. If I weren’t trying to bend my knee more than I normally would it would be fine for exercising. I expect to use it normally after this knee thing is over. I do wish the seat could be moved a little closer. Friends put it together for me in about 2 hours. My seat doesn’t wobble as some have reported. Some time has gone by now, I still like it, but now my seat wobbles. Not awful but a little annoying.

monitor doesn’t work
it works well and is solid, but the monitor does not work. Customer service was helpful and sent us another. That one did not work, either. I will just use it without the monitor. Just a little disappointing.

A total disappointment
I’ve now used the model NS1202R and have used it 3 times. I found the stirrups for the pedals too small in spite of having extended them to the maximum. The “computer” does not allow the user to see the functions. Though the unit functions electrically, the print is absolutely miniscule and cannot be read – especially so on a grey background. When using the unit, I would hear a thump, thump, thump and the 360 degree only works, from time to time, at 345 degrees+/-.I called the Customer Service number but their phone either did not ring or was constantly busy – I could not EVEN leave a message with my problems. The instruction manual did not contain sufficient information, especially for one who had not used such a unit previously. In brief, had I known the problems, I would not have purchased same, nor even accepted it as a gift. A total disappointment.

Takes two men and a boy to assemble
Took me hours to put together—and the instructions were not user friendly. The connection of the tension tightener is especially critical and the instructions aren’t much help if you haven’t done this before. Thankfully I had. Overall however, not bad for the money. Have seen all the comments on the seat wobble but I find that tightening the seat nob each tight before you exercise cures that problem. Also found it sits extremely low to the point that your shoe heels can scrape the floor if you don’t put a board underneath the front to raise the machine up a little.

This bike does everything one would want at a very reasonable price. If your not wanting every “bell and whistle”, this unit is what you’re looking for, works great, quiet, good workout/maintain condition.

I’m using this product because I have Parkinson’s disorder. Exercise is hard for me to go out and do things when its hot/cold so I have this bike and a tread mill to keep ahead of it. Keeping body movement is the best course of slowing down its progress,
