Excellent value, but consider upgrading the pulleys.
This piece of equipment is an incredible value. It took about an hour to install. The video on cable routing was easy to follow. Although I was not impressed with the quality of the nylon pulleys, they were easy to swap and I opted for a set of aluminum pulleys with better bearings. I also lubricated the guide rods with white lithium grease that helped make the operation more smooth. Mounts easily to a stud and is very sturdy. Adds a lot of versatility to your home gym, but gentle on the wallet.

Awesome Cable Machine!
I was a bit skeptical how well this thing would be but I will admit, the quality is surprisingly good. It isn’t without some compromises. The unit I got was the one where you add your own weights, not the built in weights. Overall, the system feels great to use. The stock pulleys are plastic which is really my only issue. I’m a bit concerned how long they will last, but with that said, there is nothing stopping you from purchasing ones that are metal and have bearings. I will say, even though they are plastic, the unit is VERY smooth to use. This is without any lubricant added. I’m sure like others have stated, adding some would make it even smoother. It’s a great addition to the home gym which was lacking cable machine for additional exercises.Assembly was extremely easy, took about an hour. It can be done with one person but having a helping hand with assembling the pulleys would make things even easier. The instructions are fairly easy to understand as the unit isn’t complicated to put together. The bolts, nuts and washers all come labeled in a pack so it’s easy to know which ones you need.If anyone is concerned with the dimensions it is accurate. I have low ceilings in my basement which are exactly 82in and the unit did fit. The back brace that goes on the wall can be adjusted accordingly.The unit does NOT come with hardware for concrete walls so you’ll need concrete anchors if you plan on mounting this to a concrete wall. I had some tapcon anchors and a washers on hand so it wasn’t a big deal, but keep that in mind if you plan doing that. It does have plastic expansion pipes with the wood bolts that might work, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you are pulling heavy weights with this thing.

Really love this! I am a beginner, and it is just right for me. I will get lots of use out of it. It is very compact and very space friendly. I am short, smaller 5’3″ and have no problem with the cables being close together or the overall height. It offers many height adjustments. You get multiple attachments allowing for many variations. It does not take long to put together nor is the assembly a problem. Make sure you have a correct mounting location and if you are not handy it would benefit you to have a helper/handy person with the right tools.

Haven’t got a bunch of use so far but it seems well built and does what’s advertised. The instructions are simple enough but I will say there is no words so if you have any questions your SOL. Only thing I got confused on was the pullies and how to run the cord but it was easy enough to see photos and do it correctly.
