It’s a pure and reliable source creatine
product works great. the price is affordable, and you get two. breaks down good with warm liquids I suggest. taste is tolerable. I do notice an energy level change when I use on a regular basis. No additives added. too bad this order was stolen, but I speak from my previous experience with using this product for three years.

Pretty good product overall. I’m a 44 yo. Male and I’ve noticed loss of volume and weakened muscles. A friend referred me to this product and within a week, I’ve noticed a change and after three, I started looking more my size. The only con is that it doesn’t dissolve completely in water when mixed. It might work better in a shake or smoothie. Tastes like sand, never had it solo and seems effective for me. Never used creatine before so I can’t opine on value for money at the moment.

Flavorless, blends well into any beverage
I’m a post menopausal 60 year old woman who, after years of assuming my menopausal symptoms were “minor,” finally realized that was no longer true and I needed to take more serious steps. After deep diving into research, I got on HRT (a patch which is apparently the safest way to go, new research has debunked a lot of myths on that front, but I digress) and also started looking for supplements that could support optimizing my wellness. Creatine was one of those supplements. Apparently it’s good to support cognition as well as the all important task of preserving and rebuilding muscle and bone density. Apparently “monohydrate” is the best type of creatine. So when I found this product – a large size, low price, and lots of very high ratings – I gave it a try. I’m on my third tub. One of the things I like about it is, it’s utterly flavorless. No after taste no nothing. It has a slightly gritty texture that dissolves easily in any drink, hot or cold. Which makes it really easy to take. One of these days I’ll get a bone scan to see how my density is doing, but meanwhile I’ve formed a new wellness habit that is helping to keep me on track in my menopause years.

There’s no magical way to “know” if creatine is working unless you’re tracking your lifts, weight, and recovery over time. It builds up slowly and supports strength, size, and endurance in the long run.That said, this product checks all the boxes:It’s micronized, so it mixes well and doesn’t leave a gritty sludge at the bottom of the cup. It’s unflavored. Zero fillers, just straight-up creatine monohydrate. Good value: 100 servings is a nice long supply for daily use (5g per serving which is all you need). You don’t need to take it pre- or post-workout, just take it once a day, any time will work.
