A noticeable difference in my skin, digestion, and joints!
I’ve been using this Omega-3 from Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for about two months now, and I can genuinely tell the difference. I originally bought it to support my skin, digestion, and overall wellness, since I’ve tried other fish oils before but most gave me acid reflux or that unpleasant fishy aftertaste — not this one!These soft gels have no strong taste or smell, and I’ve had zero reflux, which was a big deal for me. They’re not tiny, but I’d rate them 3/5 for ease of swallowing — totally manageable, especially with water or juice.After a few weeks, I noticed my skin looking more hydrated, my digestion improving, and even my knees feeling less stiff (I have some issues with them, and I combine this with other supplements). Great Quality and No Fishy Aftertaste, but Packaging Could Be Better
I really liked taking the Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega. The lemon flavor made it easy to take—there was no fishy smell or aftertaste at all, which I really appreciated. It also didn’t upset my stomach like some other fish oil supplements have in the past.That said, the only downside (and the reason I stopped ordering it) is that every time it arrived, many of the soft gels were stuck together. It seemed like they had melted or been compressed during shipping, which made them difficult to use. It was disappointing because the product itself worked well for me.If they could fix the packaging or shipping issue, I’d gladly come back to it. Overall, it’s a high-quality supplement that just needs a little help in the delivery department.

Excellent quality product, helped relieve some dry eye disease discomfort
My eye doctor recommended fish oil supplements because I have dry eye disease and I’ve been using these for years. I learned he uses them himself after about a year. I have an extreme case of the disease but it got worse when I took a month-long break from these.These are on the pricier end of fish oil supplements but I trust Nordic Naturals. They are consistently rated highly due to their quality, transparency of information, and dependability. I have never once tasted even a hint of fishiness nor even the lemon flavor they add to avoid a fishy taste. I’ve never experienced “fish burps” so I don’t even know what they are. I assume they are regular burps that happen to take fishy if they occur soon after taking the supplement.The only drawback I’ve found is the tendency of them to clump together in the bottle in warm and/or humid weather. I didn’t have air conditioning for most of this past, hot, summer and I had to pry each capsule off the stuck-together mass. I also order the largest size, 210 capsules, so I’m sure the overall weight was a factor.

No weird taste or fish burps!
I have nothing terrible to say about these capsules other than they are a bit large. However, no fish burps and the lemon flavor is so subtle. There is no fishy taste or smell in my opinion and they go down easily. They seem to be good quality and I’m hoping they will help my joints feel better and help with less inflammation throughout my body! I will update again with how effective they’ve been over the course of a few months as I’m only on month one, but so far, so good!!

Pas de goût. Inspire confiance. A chaque fois que j’achète des omega3 en gélule, j’en découpe 1, pour la goûter et vérifier quelles ne sont pas rance. Celles ci n’ont aucun goût ou arrière goût particulier. Je n’ai eu aucun problème de digestion. La concentration permet de n’en prendre qu’une par jour.
