Really helps with recovery at 60 🙂
I’m a 60 year old post menopausal woman, working to get my fitness levels back up after a decade of debilitating back pain. It’s harder when you’re older, ugh. I like to take 3 mile walks, but I started experiencing a lot of stiffness, making it hard to get my 10k steps in daily even with stretching and foam rolling. Research pointed me to BCAAs and I gave this product a try. BCAA’s are branch chain amino acids, 3 of the 9 essential amino acids [EAAs], and they help with muscle recovery. And this product has them in the ideal 2:1:1 ratio for optimal efficacy.It’s delicious. It’s easy to take, and I love that it’s sweetened without sugar. I’d have preferred something more natural like stevia or monk fruit, but not a deal breaker given how well this is working for me. It dissolves easily in a glass of cold water and tastes like juice. I don’t have to blend it with something else to get it down.Best of all, it works. After taking my usual walk, I was not overly stiff over the next 48 hours like before, only a little sore where the muscles had gotten a good workout. Less stiffness when I first wake up too. IYKYK 🙂 Might be helping my energy levels too. I now rely on this daily to help my body keep up with me 🙂 I really hope they decide to switch out the sucralose for Stevia/monk fruit/erythritol/allulose, however. They are healthier choices and it would give me greater peace of mind. The other flavored powder supplements I take using those sweeteners taste just as yummy too. Think about it, Nutricost 🙂

Taste really good
Taste really good, I bought the plain one last month and it tastes terrible hahahha. I like that this one has vitamin c and rose hips in it. I took it before bed which might have not been the best time to take it, I didn’t feel sleepy but I was excited to try it because it just came in. But I have been using the plain one for a month and I feel it helps with my recovery and energy on the bike so I will be more happy with this one with additional vitamins!

Tastes sooo good
Love the flavor and tastes sweet. Easy to mix. I mix with my creatine in one pre workout drink. They say it’s supposed to help with recovery pain but I will always want to feel a good burn. It does increase my energy level.

Still experimenting with product
This gave me a headache when I first tried it using their recommended dose. So I lowered the amount I used and no longer have a headache. Flavor is still great with half a scoop. It mixes better with warm water than ice could.

Nice taste
The taste is not bad but It is sweet to me. I mix it with water and creatine to dilute the flavor. It mixes well with several shakes in my shaker or with my electric whisk. Other than that, it does what its advertised and arrived sealed without any issues.
