This is a great way to start your fitness journey at home and at your level. Doesn’t take a lot of room and can easy transport if you wanted to do a few reps during a break or lunch.

I don’t like that the feet straps are Velcro. They start coming undone if you pull too hard… which is the whole purpose of the bar… to pull it. Very frustrating.Also the bands loosen during the workout bc the connectors are useless. Cheap price… but you get what you pay for.The bar itself is pretty comfortable. Has enough padding. And it’s easy to assemble.I think I’ll be looking for another bar though.

Weak Footsteps
The foot straps with the velcro are annoying during pilates workouts. They come loose and/or have broken. Everything has been good.
