Very Good Vegan Multivitamin
I’ve taken these for about 3 years. They fill in a lot of vitamins and minerals that I miss in my diet. I wish they had more calcium but it’s hard to find a multivitamin that does have a higher dose. Clean ingredients, no gluten, soy or dairy.

This right here gave me my energy back and my digestive tract is preforming much better and my muscles are restoring. Phenomenal.. The scars below my skin that have been healing for 3 years (5 in all) 4 are completely gone and 1 is remaining. The numbness in the area of trauma is gone.
