Delicious, Filling, Balanced
I tried these as an alternative to the hassle, noise and cleaning of juicing and blending machines, and I’m glad I did! I also wanted to try to kick-start my new diet by getting back to real and raw foods first. The flavors of each juice and smoothie are really balanced, there’s no one overwhelming taste or excessive sweetness. They leave you feeling full/content because there’s no processed junk or additives thrown in, it’s just real ingredients that your body can absorb and use and recognize, the way real food should be. My box arrived quickly, frozen and well insulated so I was able to thaw and drink what I wanted later that day while freezing the rest until I was ready to use them.These were really helpful in weaning me off of the extra salty and overly sweet heavily processed vegan convenience foods without leaving me feeling hungry or undernourished. It makes it easy to get off of the processed foods and reset your palate for real foods again. They are also a good nutrition drink for anyone with a compromised immune system that needs an easy and convenient way to get healthy juice at home but may not have the time or ability to make their own. You get 6 juices/smoothies per day which doesn’t seem like it would be that filling, but as other reviewers have stated, it’s often more than enough even on very active days, that you will have extras or the ability to extend your cleanse. I followed the recommended order of consumption and found it to fit my needs/tastes very well. The Cashew vanilla is a calming and easy way to start the day while still giving some sweetness and satisfaction so that you aren’t thinking about food or your next meal all morning. Beets are a natural energy booster and the Sweet Roots can replace that energy drink before or after a workout and makes for a really refreshing drink on a hot day. The Citrus carrot is really good, too, not too carrot-y tasting or bland and has the perfect amount of citrus sweetness. The Cacao and Peanut butter are enjoyable, delicious snacks/treats that won’t spike your energy or blood sugar. I like the Sweet Greens, I like the balance of fruits and veggies so that the collards and spinnach don’t give off a bitter taste or aftertaste, but because my normal diet outside of the cleanse already includes TONS of greens, it feels a little like overkill on the greens for me.The only downside is that Amazon doesn’t offer the variety pack that lets you “Build Your Own Box” where you can choose your own drinks so you can try a wider variety of juices or simply omit juices/smoothies that you aren’t a big fan of.

Whole fruits, veggies and seeds!!!!
This is the only juice cleanse I’ve found to have the whole plant! That’s important, because otherwise you’re getting a ton of sugar without fiber, and the nutrients in the pulp! I love that these come frozen and fresh. I will start tomorrow but tried a taste of each tonight and I’m impressed by the balance nutrition of macro and micro nutrients (lots of minerals), and healthy fats and protein!!!!So I am updating this after starting. My initial review would be that the juices are delicious but the vegetable juices really should not have apple juice because they are so incredibly sweet and I imagine after a couple of hours of just those and the other juices it’s gonna be way too much sugar. So this cleanse is amazing but the vegetable juices could’ve had cucumber or celery or something that’s really Mild and relatively sweet without all the sugar. Maybe that could be something that the person who made this changes? It would reduce the sugar content significantly and make the plans more sustainable. Other than that the drinks are amazing! The only one that I tasted that I don’t like very much is the peanut butter and I just don’t like drinking peanut butter so it would be great if there was an option for me to get this without that.

Worth it
Absolutely phenomenal! They taste amazing and I am a picky eater but I loved them so much. It is a bit pricy but I think it’s worth it. I did the five day cleanse and only ate fresh fruit when I was really hungry. I feel less bloated have more energy and I wake up before my alarm every morning without feeling tired.

This was my first time ever doing a juice cleanse!Over all it was a good experience. The juices taste tolerable I actually liked the citrus carrot and the chocolate smoothie. The sweet roots and peanut butter smoothie were by far the hardest to manage. But for the most part they tasted about as goos as I expected this type of thing to taste. I did add bone broth and electrolyte additives to my water because they flushed me right out the first few days. I lost 6 lbs, I suspect it’s water weight but I’m excited to be ahead of the game when I launch my diet change following the cleanse.It’s not something I would do often but I would definitely do this cleanse again.

Pretty good
First let me say that the 3 stars is due to the sweetness. I’ve tried many other juices and they weren’t this sweet. BUT they were easier to down, especially the beet one. Very good juice but a tad too sweet for my sweet toothness. Only reason I’m giving a 3 star, otherwise I’d do a 4. It’s filling, I do a juice than followed by one of the beyond yummy smoothies. It was easy to drink, due to the sweetness. Sugar content is the only thing that got me, other juices are just as high but they don’t taste as sweet. Definitely worth the value that I paid, but I didn’t really see any weight loss, but I did the 3 day protein. They did come frozen which is awesome BUT I had to take 2 days out and the second day had to take day 3 out. Smoothies thawed quicker. So that’ll give you an idea on when to pull from the freezer. I think I’ll try the Lower Sugar detox off their site next time, I bet that one is beyond good.
