Does the job!
As we are going into winter and everything is drying up, including the air due to the heating, I figured it was time to get a humidifier. Unfortunately, the first product I received was not working as it was meant to. I followed the instructions step by step, turned it on, and was greeted by a red light for the next 2 hours along with no mist being produced. It seems like the spring mechanism was broken, which was causing it to not drip any water.Thankfully, their customer service is amazing and once I reached out, and provided a few pictures of my issues, they dispatched a new humidifier within the same day. The new one works fantastically. I followed the instructions again, turned it on, and instantly got a nice mist blowing out the top. It’s extremely quiet, the only noise being the occasional dripping of water from the tank into the base as it refills itself to produce more mist. On a medium mist setting, it lasts a while without needing to refill. Can definitely get a good night sleep with this still running into the morning. So, even though the first one was a dud, Customer Service definitely made up for it. Five stars from me.

Great humidifier, great value
I live in a small condo so it was either a small bedside humidifier or a floor model. The last thing I wanted was a bulky humidifier that needs to be placed on a table/surface, I don’t have an extra surface! I decided on this model and happy i did. It’s super compact due to it’s spherical shape, sits right next to my bed, and has become my favorite new thing. The noise is soothing, a white noise for bedtime. You can easily control the amount of steam with the dial. No more bells and whistles, and no more needed. I fill the tank up each night, and it lasts all night. You do need to fill it each night or day of use if you keep it on constantly as I do. This humidifier is not meant for essential oil, so don’t go this route if that’s your fancy. Also, a bit of water typically drips while changing the tank since it fills from the bottom, but its never been enough to bother me. For a super reasonable price, and a very nice looking and functional bedside humidifier, this one is perfect!

Easy to use
This little humidifier is sleek and fits neatly on a night stand. It’s easy to fill, set up, and use. I bought it because during the winter in NYC, my skin would get extremely dry, so after some research (and endless ounces of moisturizer) I chose to purchase a humidifier. It lets out a stream of cool mist, with a knob to adjust the flow. It works well in every way, but unfortunately it’s not useful for me because though it is ‘whisper quiet’ as marketed on the product, every once in a while it makes a loud gurgle. As a light sleeper it was waking me multiple times a night, even with a white noise machine on to attempt to drown it out. Overall, I recommend this product for those lucky deep sleepers out there, but if noise is a problem for you, look elsewhere.

I’ve been using this for a few months now and it’s been a great little humidifier. My only complaint would be that the power light is needlessly bright, but a bit of tape over it ‘fixed’ the problem.
