This company makes a larger size container that looks just like this but the fiber products inside are VERY different. GET THIS ONE! When I purchased this product it was a white powder fiber. It dissolved perfectly in my water and had no taste! This product also did what it said it would!The larger size of what I though was this product cane with a brown powder that said it would be good in any drink, but it did NOT dissolve in anything I tried. It always had a ton of clumps whether it was a hot or cold beverage.BUY THIS EXACT PRODUCT for a white, tasteless, easily dissolving product that works!

I bought this but was sceptical. I have allergies to wheat, dairy, corn and walnuts so when I saw it was free of all of these things I decided to give it a shot. I drank 1 teaspoon in a glass of water and the next morning it had done its job. Day 2 1 teaspoon again and on day 3 I went to 2 drinks a day. Its really working and gently, I notice improvement in just 3 days. I would recommend!6/19 update: I love this stuff and have reordered so I dont run out. I have put it in oatmeal, water and yogurt. Its disolves in everything I have tired and you can’t taste it. I have always since the day I was born had digestive problems and this is fixing it. I am absolutely amazed!!I read some reviews where it doesnt disolve and gets clumpy, true but with a little mixing it always disolves. Sometimes a little effort is needed to make it disolve, but I think it depends on what it’s in. Its only clumped a little in liquid never in food. And it will unclump very quickly with a fork and vigorus mixing for just 10 seconds.

I stir this in a glass of water for extra fiber, and it is clear without any taste — at least for me. It provides 6 grams of fiber, not as much as I wish it would provide though.

Five Star Fiber
Oh my gosh let me tell you how much I love this fiber. I will admit it right here and right now I am a smoothie junkie. I’ve used all types of fiber before and they always seem to have some sort of aftertaste or they didn’t dissolve properly, not this one. This clear, and I restate that clear, fiber to put in protein shakes or sprinkle on any other food you like has no taste. But it does it’s job well and gently. Seriously, do you ever get enough fiber in your diet? If you strive to have that good nutrition and healthy digestive system then you want to buy this Renew Life Organic fiber. Five stars all the way.

Every Body Is Different
Nothing is as good as the original Benefiber caplets and powder. The reviews for Organic Clear Fiber were helpful; however, many of the tips provided therein were apparently unique to specific users. The product is evidently made from acacia gum, which is used in some foods as a thickener, and the product is difficult to dissolve regardless of the “trick” (two spoons, a spoon and a fork, hot liquid, time, etc.) used. Once the user finally gives up and decides to just take his or her “lumps”, the only way to disguise them seems to be to add a lot of ice cubes, which diminish the feeling of swallowing clots of slime. Thankfully, this product is almost tasteless. Unlike one tablespoonful of the original Benefiber, even one teaspoonful of this product can cause bloating and gas, but if taken twice a day it also seems to be enough fiber to keep things moving along. I have used the product for about three months. If the original Benefiber ever returns to the market, its former users will return in droves.

Little to no taste!
I had tried several other fiber products and this one seems to dissolve much better than most and is one of the least noticeable when in a liquid.Only thing is the spoon/scoop is tiny and tends to get a little bit caked on the handle part, which transfers a bit of product to my fingers. Besides that it’s pretty nice!

This product was recomended to me by a nutritionist I was working with to help with BMs….drastically improved. Of course not a replacement for dietary fibre but helped to get me back on track. Tastless when mixed in water and could be added to smoothies!

I have chronic constipation and I tried everything: laxatives, psyllium, chia/flax seeds, magnesium in all forms, high fiber, low fiber, colonic irrigation, probiotics, etc. Nothing worked and just made me feel worse. I tired PHGG, which DID work, but it interacts with a lot of medications so I was unable to take it (I was very disappointed). I kept looking for an alternative and came across this product. After the first couple of days, I didn’t feel much of a difference, but then things started ‘moving’. Now, I have a good BM every morning. I do still have bloating and gas, but at least I’m not backed up. My stomach looks flatter now. I also cut out garlic and onions at this time, which may have helped as well. Thank you for the great product, I cannot live without it now!

Very hard to dissolve in cold or hot liquids as it lumps no matter what I do unless i use a Ninja blender.The item i received was NOT the same as The images here. It’s a completely different packaging which has less fiber per serving compare to the images here.Also I’m not sure how effective it was as I didn’t see a significant difference in bowl movements.Flavor is not neutral as some mentioned but it’s not bad.Overall I won’t be buying again

Acacia Fibre is really difficult to find, then add the pandemic lol. So being able to buy this brand here has been a gift from heaven! I use it to help control my IBS & I really enjoy this brand as its easy to digest, and has no additional probiotics. OR Pre-biotics such as Skinny Girl Fibre does (I thought Id share if you are looking for 1)—for me–that just bugs my body more.Anyway I use it in the morning, in the evening and before a creamy dessert.
