Good equipment.
Great machine for home use. It took about 6 hours to unbox and put together. That’s a 2 person job. It was delivered in 3 different deliveries. Great quality for the price and everything moves smoothly. It did arrive with a few small scratches from poor quality packaging. Would recommend buying for home use, will last a lifetime.

Great piece of equipment poor packaging
When this arrived, the packaging was horrific (came in 10 shipments over a 2 week span), all of the nuts, bolts and washers were mixed up and not in the sections as intended which made everything more complicated than need be. Not to mention some of the boxes were wrapped so much just opening them was a chore (they were overly shrinked wrapped as though previously opened then rewrapped). The instructions for assembly could have been illustrated better, parts could have been labeled or identifialbe with stickers and the video instructions do not match the written instructions. Also, there was 2 missing parts (the Pulley’s which were shipped 2 weeks later) which meant we were not able to use this until they arrived and assembley was complete. Finally the plastic end caps pop out routinely and could be made to fit better. This machine is wonderful once fully assembled.

Bought this for our teenage sons and it is great. It comes in a ton of boxes but assembly was easy (time-consuming as well). The smith system works smoothly. We’d by it again.

Great workout machine. Easy to use and every exercise you could want. Takes a while to put together (2 people 6 hours), but well worth it, Ritfit management very responsive. They answer any question is less than 24 hours. Had a piece that was off a hair and they immediately said they would send me a replacement part. Cannot do better than that. Also purchased their bench and Olympic bar.

One month using it and so far, no issues. Solid equipment!Only thing to recommend is to make less shipments. Makes it harder logistically to carry different packages on different days. There is a lot of risk for losing parts and or packages this way.

Read Instructions Carefully
In the beginning, I had a bit of difficulty because I was told the product was delivered, but only one portion of it arrived. I reached out to Amazon, and they contacted the company on my behalf. After a bit of back-and-forth, the company did send the remaining parts, and everything arrived in great condition.The Smith machine itself was fairly straightforward to put together as long as you follow the instructions carefully. I was impressed that all of the tools and parts came clearly labeled and well organized — it made assembly much easier. I was actually able to put the whole thing together by myself, although that might not be the case for everyone.Overall, I really like this Smith machine. It’s sturdy, smooth, and allows me to get all of my workouts done right at home. Definitely a great addition to my home gym!

DO NOT BUY!
This has been a terrible experience. Some pieces got lost in shipping and they had to ship other parts due to being sold out, the rack wobbles and is not level. One part of the smith machine was broke. I have had this machine for almost three weeks now and I am still trying to get the parts that come with it. The customer service is terrible. They are based in china or something and only reply at like 3am and will not reply again until the next day at like 3am. I will never buy anything from RitFit again. For someone who has worked out for 25ish years, I was very excited to order this and am very let down. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
