Surprisingly great!
I honestly didn’t expect much for the price but I love it! It was easy to assemble, I enjoy the variable resistance, its folds up easily for storage and it’s much quieter than my former very expensive and large rower. I am only 5’3” so not sure how it would work for a taller person – track seems a little short – but I love it and use it daily. Within a week I notice better an, arm and leg muscle tone already. 5 stars!

If you’re looking for a budget friendly rowing machine with multi-use options that fits your space, this is a great choice! It was inexpensive, shipped fast, easy to put together, easy to use, easy to store, looks great with a locking seat to keep children from using. My favorite aspects are the three options to switch up your hand/grip position which I find useful during resting sets or full power sets plus the ability to utilize the machine for other exercises. Additional use for abdominal exercises is advertised but this machine allows me to rest my foot up for split squats. I’m such a happy customer!

Great Exercise in Home!
This row machine works very well and easy to put together. The apparatus can be folded up to store under a bed or upright in a closet. I like the ease of use and ability to increase the tension. Great buy.

I cannot say enough good about this machine. It has transformed my life. I am a full-time, motorized wheelchair user. I wanted something to be able to move and strengthen my core and this is perfect for that. I have been using it almost everyday for 4 months now and I feel so much better. It is still going strong too!

Good Basic Beginner Rower
As someone who hasn’t been big into health and fitness and really is just trying to be a little more active, I ordered this to have an option for an at home workout that’s simple and easy. Both my husband and I have been using it for a couple weeks now. Not being big into fitness prior to this, I don’t have a lot of experience using hydraulic rowers, so I don’t really have a basis for comparison with this one, but I will say that for me, it seems to do what it’s supposed to do. It has adjustable tension and while it feels like a fairly easy exercise, even on a higher tension, I can feel it slowly working all kinds of muscles in my arms, sides and back. The only issue we’ve had was that about a week into using it daily, we found a puddle of hydraulic fluid underneath it one morning. Luckily for us, we have this in our unfinished basement, so the puddle didn’t cause any damage and the rower seems to still be working. But I would recommend putting a mat or something else under it to protect your floors just in case.
