Perfect for your home network rack
This is the best choice to power all of your devices, especially the ones with wall warts or USB charger plugs. The only problem is that it motivated me to also buy a swing out rack mount cage and do the rest right.:)Sometimes you want to do something right, but there is something holding you back, like what power strips would be efficient and not unsightly. I did not attempt my rack build until I found this power management solution. This is it!Off topic, getting proper shelves for the rack were the hardest part of the project. Do your homework and shop carefully.

Perfect for complex home theaters.
I love that this product exists. Was able to run a complete home theater / gaming room / PC setup from one power strip. Previously had to use two or even three power strips to make it all work.

Love it
Love them. Had to buy some pigtail extenders for appliances that had the brick. But having the ability to control each port individually meant power cycling became so much easier.

Works great.
This is fantastic. No more 1-foot power cheater cords. Now wall worts and other power plugs can connect directly to the unit. The USB power is also a plus for powering fans to keep things cool.

Great option for consolidating multiple pdu’s
Have had this installed for a couple of weeks now with no issues. Much better than taking up 2u’s with multiple different pdu’s. Only issue is that it doesn’t fully go into my half depth rack with all plugs being utilized.

Great price, seems okay for use with UPS
When you select the 19-outlet version out of the list of options, the mouseover text says “surge protected” which worried me, because you aren’t supposed to use surge protectors on either end of a UPS. But then there’s the table showing the difference between the variants, and the 19-outlet model has an ‘X’ under surge protection, rather than the check mark that the others have, suggesting it does NOT have surge protection. Another reviewer showed images of the included instruction leaflet, which they claim shows evidence of it being surge protected. But what it actually says in the specs there is “overload protection”, which is different. Overload protection basically means it has a circuit breaker that protects against current overload. Surge protection is for handling voltage spikes. So, short story long, this device (the 19-outlet version) has power conditioning and overload protection, both of which are safe for use with a UPS. If you choose a different model that also offers surge protection, you should NOT use it with a UPS.Okay, with that cleared up, what else… well, the price is great, and currently you can even shave off a couple more dollars if you buy it as a bundle with a Tecmojo rack (which I did). Having all of the plugs sticking out is kind of annoying, I have to admit. In retrospect (especially since it’s very unlikely that I’ll ever use all of them) it would have been better for me to maybe get one that just has the outlets in the back, and run short extenders for the outlets that I put wall warts on. But it’s not worth returning and shopping for a new one, so I’ll just keep it.It’s a bit heavy and I was a little concerned about whether the weight will cause long-term problems since it only attaches to the front. It does not come with rails to attach to the back, and the plethora of thick power cables hanging squid-like behind it added additional weight. So I ended up buying a couple of new shelves and repurposing one of my existing ones to work as a “tentacle holder”. I attached it to the back of the rack at the same level as the PDU, and it reaches far enough to take all of the power cable weight off the PDU, and as a bonus, the shelf comes with rails. Those rails can then act as double duty reinforcing the shelf AND adding support to the PDU itself.

Better than a surge protector.
I was highly impressed by the quality of this power distribution unit. After using an old surge protector for 8 years, it was time to upgrade. As I was adding more devices to my office, I needed a unit with greater power and stability, so I opted for a server-style unit and have no regrets.I paired this unit with the Tecmojo 12U Open Frame Network Rack, both of which I purchased from Amazon. While setting up the rack, I noticed that the instructions were a bit insufficient for someone inexperienced, but I managed to assemble it with minimal issues. The unit is robustly designed, made from strong metal, and fits perfectly into the 19” rack. Images don’t do justice to its presence, and it is larger than I initially expected. I highly recommend it for tech home office use! If you work in IT remotely, this unit is far superior to a typical surge protector.

As expected
As expected. Used in a 4U rack bag in small events, I found the system robust and useful.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the product arrived. The packaging was secure and well put together. Initially, I had doubts about the front power cover’s appearance, but it turned out to be well-designed and visually appealing. The device itself feels solid and has a reassuring weight to it—an indication of quality components and durable construction. One minor drawback is that it doesn’t offer a warranty for connected equipment. While not a deal breaker, including that would have been a valuable addition. IT looks amazing in my rack as well. I am tempted to include pics but your will be glad when you get yours

Simple, sturdy, and does the job. Fits perfectly in my rack and comes with rack screws. The build isn’t fancy, but the outlets are secure. Perfect budget option for basic rack setups.

This thing is great. Installed into the mojo 20u rack. I read through reviews and see that some folks complain that the plugs are loose. I’ve got a dozen things plugged into this and only 1 item is loose and it’s not the units fault. It’s a low quality power supply. I like how the cables are staggered. Allows larger plugs room to breath. My only complaint is that the master power button on the front is exposed. Depending where you might have this installed, someone could accidentally shut it down. I will be 3d printing a cover for it.

The pack of my server rack looked like octopus, cables everywhere. Purchased this unit to help tidy things up and it worked well and it only takes up 1U of space. Very solid unit. Master power access on the front panel along with 4 USB power charger ports and 3 120 v 15 amp ports. The back has 19 outlets which was more than enough for my needs.
