Great quality well made.
I do like this, at one point I thought I was going to send it back to get the large but stuck with the extra large because of the 10 in width. And the length is good, with room to spare. my Waist 42 my weight 220. Ht 5.3. I hope that helps anyone that may be looking at this. I do like the quality and the three strap velcro. Soft but sturdy and of course it does help with sweating and give some back support.

Better than Sweet Sweat
So far I love the product. I usually prefer sweet sweat bands but I tried this and I won’t go back to sweet sweat. This covers more of my core and with three Velcro tabs it’s easy to wear and adjust. I recommend it for the price and functionality.

And a flooded market of Sona belts. I must say that this one fits absolutely so good and the material on the inside feels really good on my skin and not irritable. The design is built really well and does not fall off or have any kind of problems like that while working out.

Best waist trimmer for men by far
I have tried many waist trimmers over the years, but this one is by far the best. It’s comfortable and doesn’t pinch my belly. The material appears to be high quality and fits my body perfectly. Highly recommended for someone trying to burn belly fat while keeping it discreet under clothing. I would buy it again in the future.
