Great flavor and not bitter!
I love this tea so much! Great flavor that is not too strong. I like that I can keep the tea bag in without worrying it will be too bitter. I also love to mix it with a green tea bag and it tastes great. I am not sure about the skin effects as I do not drink it consistently to be able to tell but it is a great way to start the day. I used this to switch from coffee due to the greater health benefits and so happy I did. I think it tastes great without any sugar and also makes a great iced tea. You can tell they use good quality tea leaves and it is a fair price for the quality.

Okay I’m not usually a hot tea drinker and I don’t like a lot of the flavors. However this one is so good and doesn’t need any sugar or cream or anything! And after drinking one cup a night I have noticed my skin glowing a bit more!

haven’t been consistent enough with drinking it to note any real changes in my skin, but i will say my inflammation has dramatically decreased – even around my cycle! the taste, especially when paired with honey, is amazing.
