Good quality; good price!
5’ 10”, 140 pound female. The stability is good for me. Not tall enough for a free hang, but enough where I can do quality pull-ups. I can hang my yoga swing from it also. It’s easy to adjust height and width—also easy to assemble, and partially de assemble if wanting to move. It fits nicely in compact spaces.(current space I’m using it in is 10’ x 5.5’) Finish is holding up nicely for the year I’ve been using it. It’s a good all around set up for squats, dips, bench presses, t-bar rows and plate storage. I do not have it bolted down, so any TRX or band work is hard to do because the setup will move. I did attach a pulley row system from pull up bar(mainly for triceps pull downs) and the squat rack has been stable enough for that. Pretty happy with the quality and price!

Fantastic Rack
This is a great rack for the price point. It meets all mine and my families needs and I would totally purchase it again. You can squat, bench, do rack pulls, dips and pull ups with this rack. Decent started squat rack
Stable rack. My big issue is Jayhawks and spotter arms . They are screw in the back. Fine for now but I think I will replace in the future. I’ve loaded it with 315lbs for squat and it held . Wish they numbered the holes
