Great for sleep and meditation
The negative reviews that say they can’t hear anything are bs – it says right in the brochure that it doesn’t make any sound. I did hook it up to our sound system to test it, and yes it works fine. That said, I first tested it in the bedroom using the preset of 783 hz for sleep. It has an effective range of about 12 feet. We have a Sleep Number bed that tracks our sleep, and both of our scores went up about 10 points. I have also tested it at 963 hz, and my meditations have improved greatly. I am thinking that this could be very effective for parents who have hyperactive children – set it at 10 hz to promote relaxation.

Well made, easy to set up and use but likely a placebo at best
Nice little signal generator. The programmable frequencies set easily along with the default Schumann 7.83Hz signal. Can’t attest to it’s help with sleep or calming influence yet, but it does appear to function as it should. Will know more after a few weeks with it.As it turns out, “The famous 7.83 Hz fundamental is the Schumann resonance – a standing electromagnetic wave that fits between Earth’s surface and the ionosphere. Its wavelength (λ = c/f) works out to ≈ 38,300 km – essentially the planet’s entire circumference. . . . When the U.S. Navy needed 76 Hz (ten times higher than 7.83 Hz) to ping submerged submarines, it still had to bury 56 km-long ground-dipole wires through Wisconsin’s forests – and that only radiated after dumping megawatts into the ground. If 56 km of power-line steel barely works at 76 Hz, imagine the absurdity of a bracelet “broadcasting” an order-of-magnitude lower frequency.”I find that the signal generator will produce a sine wave of likely 7.83Hz (and on up to 20,000 Hz) but given the info above, it seems highly unlikely that the antenna is actually putting out any form of detectable (to our bodies) electromagnetic radiation.I should point out that the oscilloscope photo in the listing shows a wave being generated that is not actually a sine wave – you’ll notice a slight bump on the ascending portion of the wave. It should be a smooth up and down wave.

Functional, adjustable frequencies.
The device does oscillate and the ability to change frequencies is good, I currently use 432hz, it may be a coincidence or placebo, but have noticed better sleep after tuning to that frequency.

This works exactly as described. I’ve been experimenting with sound healing & vibration and this adjustable resonance generator is perfectly helping me. I am able to adjust the frequency which is helping me improve my focus, relaxation & overall well-being.

Does not come with any cover or case. And my biggest fear is that it will beak as it is all exposed
