Great quality for many different works out.
This cable machine has made me very happy. I am able to work on my entire body. In order to concentrate on other muscles, I purchased a few extra accessories. It is well-made and robust. It is well worth the investment! Apart from that, I had to place some weight on the front to work my chest. Fantastic!

I bought this on the cheap, not expecting much. I am very happy with it. As stated, it does not take up too much space. It’s sturdy and a good value for the money. I use it every day. Go ahead and pull the trigger on this one.

Not for someone over 6’2 or so
The machine is good for the price. It’s moderately easy to set up alone and goes together good. It operates smooth for gliding on a square tube vs a smooth rod like most. It not a lat pull down unless you got some creative positioning or very short. It folds into a small footprint and rolls making it easy to be be out of the way. I would recommend for someone looking for a low cost row/cable curl set up.

Worth Every Penny
I’ve had this unit for almost a month and it’s been one of the best purchases I have made on Amazon. In the last few weeks that I’ve been using it, it is significantly changed my workouts and increased my muscle growth. I use this for a full body workout, including my lats, back, shoulders, legs, biceps, triceps, and now cardio because it’s also a rowing machine. I’ve never been a big cardio person, but I really enjoy doing the rowing as I get a full body workout and burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. The gym comes with two bars, but I’ve added several other pieces to be able to work other body parts. The gym is sturdy and does not wobble and I don’t feel like it’s going to tip over when I add additional weight plates. One of the great features is that it does fold up and it’s a space saver which I don’t have a ton of room for a big gym set up so this along with my weight bench is all I need now. I did have a few missing pieces. I contacted the seller and they were very accommodating and had the parts out to me within a week. I would definitely buy this again.

Not what I expected
Not what I expected. Im 5’3 and weigh 115 and row machine is to short for a complete extension. The 5 star review is misleading. Will be returning. Beware there is a very high return fee.

Works good
It works pretty good. The only thing is if you go heavy weight and you’re pulling down it kind of makes it cheater a little bit, but I was able to adjust myself so it wouldn’t do it or I put a weight on the legs to keep it down. Otherwise, it works good.

Row+
The last rowing machine i had was taken by hurricane flooding last year and had very low resistance. Ya can’t beat weights for resistance. Plus this one does more than one trick. Took me a minute to realize the feet pads mount on the back of the rail, and it’s sturdy. Using dumbbells will limit the olympic weight usage, and the weight bar is long enough to use both in a limited way with the clamps. It’s good to have options.
