Easy and seems to help digestion
My husband wanted us to start doing a series of cleanses, and he really trusts Dr. Clark and her products. It was recommended to start with this cleanse first, so we did. You don’t need to make any other changes, in diet or anything, which I always like. We did the full 18 day cleanse, and it was pretty easy.One thing I will say is that we added Ornithine at night in order to sleep. I guess it helps with eliminating ammonia during a cleanse, and that is what can keep you awake. I had to take 5 pills, and my husband 6. She has you basically start low and then add more if you aren’t sleeping well.I was never tested for parasites, so I can’t speak to the actual efficacy of that, but I did feel like my digestion was much improved, and I felt a little better hoping that it killed off at least some of them. We did continue to do the once a week maintenance as well, which can be helpful in killing off more.The only thing that I noticed was that I did have clove burbs, but I really love the taste of cloves, so no big deal. My husband had done this previously and used the walnut tincture, not pills, and he said he preferred the tincture more than the pills and powder. I didn’t seem to have any issue or stomach aches with taking all the pills, which was great. Overall-I think this is a high quality option to try and help with any potential parasites that might be lurking-I mean why not?The last thing that I will recommend is to keep a chart or calendar that you can check off each day- as you take different amounts, and not each pill every day. It really helped us to keep it all straight.
