Works Wonders!
After carefully researching available fiber supplements or other forms of fiber on Amazon I narrowed my search down to this product. For the money, amount of servings, amount of fiber AND extra added probiotics, I felt this product was the best. It says to take either 2 or 3 daily. If you take 2 daily it will last 45 days. If you take 3 daily it will last 30 days. I’ve taken this product 3 x daily for almost a month and I can tell you it works very well. Usually I’ve needed at least 2 products to get my digestive system working correctly again. It was SO messed up. I had bad heartburn, GERD, constipation along with bouts of diarrhea or loose stools. It stopped. I was even able to go off of my daily heartburn meds. Now, that’s a HUGE claim, but for me it is true. I have to put a disclaimer here and say they don’t claim in any way to heal your diseases. I still have IBS. It’s just managed more naturally. PLEASE TALK WITH YOUR DOCTOR IF YOU ARE DIAGNOSED WITH ANY GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASES. This isn’t a “cure-all”, but it helps ALOT! It comes packaged nicely in a plastic sealed box, and the jar has a sealed lid. The gummies are soft enough to chew, although they may get stuck in your teeth. I like to let them dissolve slowly in my mouth a little until even softer and smaller then chew them into tiny pieces. It does say to make sure and drink plenty of liquid with/after it. They are lightly and pleasantly flavored. And I like the fact that they are sugar-free. I’ve already bought my 2nd jar as this is now part of my daily routine!

Tasty fiber gummies
I recommend these fiber gummies for those seeking to try to meet the recommended 30 grams of fiber daily. I, of course, cannot verify whether the advertised 3.5 grams of fiber per gummy is accurate, but I can say they are tasty and have helped with my digestion and regularity. The gummies are a bit dense to chew at first, but they soften with warmth and wetness. They are very sweet, so I do question whether they contain other sugars than what is listed in the ingredients. So, diabetics and people on low carb diets should exercise caution. I do think they would be a hit with kids and seniors. Also, I like the low form factor of the bottle, makes it less noticeable on my countertop.This is an unknown brand, so reviews are very important. I hope this helps.

Taste is great as is the texture. I didn’t find these beneficial and have found other options by more familiar brands to be much better options. Purchased once and didn’t finish the container. Opted to purchase a different product from another brand that worked better.
