Good Flavors – Dissolves Quickly
This is a nice electrolyte powder. I like the variety pack and purchased this one especially because of the low sugar content. I usually use a non-flavored IV powder, but the flavors are nice on occasion.This one dissolves quickly with a quick stir or shake of your water bottle and doesn’t have too bad of an artificial taste. I bike ride competitively and it’s great to put in my bottled water when working out or practicing.

Comparable to liquid IV. They don’t taste quite as good, but much cheaper so overall an excellent buy.

Wife absolutely loves them and they are helping her pots so much will be reordering when she uses them up and I quote “there isn’t a flavor I don’t like and If it ant broke don’t fix it”

Really like these!! I have gut issues (probably partially from dehydration) and sometimes hydration packets seem to make my stomach go crazy, but these haven’t! I drank two packets last night and my skin seems noticeably more hydrated already. Will be taking these on trips too!

It’s not great, I wanted a cheaper option from LiquidIV but although this is cheaper I’d only had 5g each pouch compared to 15g from LiquidIV the taste of fake sugar is very strong also, I had to dilute mine in 20oz. They’re not very sweet.

Has sugar. My fault for not reading label better. Tasted good. Then I realized primary ingredient in each flavor is sugar.Don’t recommend if wanting electrolytes & trying to avoid sugar***mfg reached out offering to refund me even though I was the dumb one here***
