Shipped fast and packaged good, no damage. Disloves quick in water but makes water have an off taste. I use a little sports drink with my water and it cuts the taste of the powder. I drink a little before working out and drink the rest while working out. It has helped my workout, boost energy and lifting ability. I’m 61, working out since January and felt I had plateaud. Since taking this I have had better workouts and seems a bit bigger in tone. Also, I’ve dropped a few pounds and my stomach is flatter. Will purchase again.
