Awesome quality, folds up clean, really good deal!
Very nice quality and size on this row machine! Really happy we ended up getting the plug in that way we don’t need to worry about batteries or swapping them out. Use in the house anyway so there’s always one available to plug into.The resistance on it was actually really good didn’t know what to expect because I had used some in the past that don’t really have much resistance and didn’t really do much for me, this one has good resistance and actually provides a really good workout!The quality is excellent the plastic is heavy duty not thin, so no worries about it getting cracked during heavy use. The petals and straps are good they stay hooked onto your feet and work perfectly to keep me gripped on. The rest is dense metal lot of heft to it, not thin metal at all, this has no flex to it with our weight on it.Assembly was a little tricky but nothing very difficult just takes a bit to put together, the instructions we great not hard to follow at all.It folds really nicely actually. Wasnt sure if it was going to fold up well enough to not take up a ton of space but actually folds up pretty slim. The resistance was accurate as well as the reading on it didn’t seem like reading were off at all.I was honestly shocked with how great a value for what you get here, and the quality. There is literally nothing cheap about this, and actually I like this a lot better than the one they have at the gym this is better quality by far.

Loved the smooth glide and quiet workout feel
This rowing machine genuinely surprised me with how premium it feels. The unboxing was clean and everything inside was packed securely, so nothing shifted around. Assembling it was simple enough that I did not feel intimidated at all. Once I set it up, the frame looked sturdy and compact which worked perfectly in my apartment. The rowing motion is incredibly smooth, and there is no awkward resistance or jerky pull. I liked how quietly it operates because it lets me work out early without waking anyone. The seat glides nicely and feels comfortable even during longer sessions. The handle has a soft grip that does not dig into my palms. Adjusting the resistance level is straightforward, and it responds quickly when I change pace. The machine stays steady on the floor, so I do not feel any instability or rocking. Folding it up after use makes storage easy and keeps my space organized. The digital display is clear and gives me just enough metrics without overcomplicating things. The overall design looks sleek and well thought out. I also appreciate that the machine feels like it can support heavier weight without strain. It gives me a full-body workout without feeling too intense for home use. I noticed myself actually looking forward to using it, which is rare for cardio equipment. Everything about it made my workouts feel more consistent. This feels like a long-term addition to my fitness setup, not a temporary buy. For the price, the build quality and performance make it more than worth it.

Great Unit For Beginners Good Value
I am not new to using a rowing machine, just new to an upgraded version of the one that is magnetic resistance. My old machine was a lesser value hydraulic machine and it in no way compares to this one. No, I am not saying this rower is superior but I think it is a good starter unit for someone attempting to learn the mechanics of rowing and/or wanting to utilize this machine for a low impact exercise that is known to be good for people of all ages and certain health limitations.Now, to my personal experience. To set up the rower it took about an hour. The instructions could use a little work but my husband being a master mechanic had no problem with it, but did mention that they needed to clarify a few issues in the booklet.The next thing I did was set up the apps (one I kept (KS app), the other I immediately deleted due to it being a paid app after 14 days (It was just for a scenic rowing experience). The KS app that accompanies the rowing machine worked immediately after setting up an account and turning on the unit it picked up the signal via Bluetooth. I was able to connect the app to my IPhone and Apple Watch. The KS app will log time, distance, calories and effort. Although some of the metrics are questionable, my only concerns were time and effort; I felt the rest of the other metrics were being more accurately captured on my Apple Watch or in my IPhone under the Health & Fitness. Also, I am not sure if it keeps a history of your activity I did not get that deep into the app given my wearable was capturing the data I found relevant for me.Now it was time to try out the unit. I will say that I did a little research through some associated videos to ensure I was following the proper form and after that I began to start rowing. This unit does takes more effort than my previous unit. I do like that the pull of the unit was smooth but required effort even at its lowest setting. I did notice there is a significant difference in the metrics of the head unit data compared to the app and of course your Apple Watch data. My focus during my rowing was mainly on the app given it provided a better visual of your data given the head unit is using the old style LCD display which is a greenish/grey background with black numbers (not very easy to see). The app provided me the most important data of time and effort at the time of rowing.My final assessment is this is a decent value for a beginner using a rowing machine, if you are looking to utilize a low impact machine and have limitations this is a great way to get some sort of exercise in. The machine gave me a good enough workout that I felt that this would be a great way to balance my current exercise routines when I don’t feel like working out on the walking pad or using my free weights. I find that you may have some issues viewing the attached LCD screen in addition to the questionable data it displays but you may find some information that will be of a benefit to you. The KS app that accompanies the rowing machine was easy to connect once you have registered for an account but again, some of the data was a bit problematic but I only utilized the information that served me the most and I felt most accurate such as time, effort and (distance ?). Just know that you do not have to utilize the app to use the machine it just provides more detailed information related to rowing.Overall, I am pleased with the purchase as a beginner unit and will be using this one for a while.
