I’m obsessed. This little thing is great. I love the color, the retractability is very responsive. It seems durable thus far. It’s made of cheap plastic so protect the shell otherwise, it’s going to crack with little pressure.It’s easy to read and use.You can get your measurements quickly. This is great for those who are seamstress/seamers.I recommend.Con: the little hook that goes into a slot to help you measure yourself … it slides out easily. It’s not with a star deduction. That’s more of a “heads up!”

Good Product – Minor Design Flaw with Clip
This is a solid body tape measure that works exactly as intended. The auto-retract function is smooth, and it’s easy to get consistent, one-handed measurements for waist, arms, hips, and more.🔧 My only complaint:The clip side doesn’t stay in securely. It tends to fall out too easily, which can be frustrating when trying to measure solo. Adding a small magnet or stronger snap mechanism would make a big difference and improve the user experience.✅ Pros:Accurate and easy to useAuto-retracts cleanlyGreat for solo tracking of body measurements❌ Cons:Clip side falls out easily; a magnet or stronger latch would help🧾 Bottom Line:Overall, it’s a very useful tool, especially for fitness tracking. Just wish the clip held better—then it’d be perfect. Still recommend it.

Solves the solo-tape-measure-use issue, but not entirely. End of the tape can pop out of the holder.
I got this to take body measurements once a month as part of a fitness program. Previously I was struggling to get accurate measurements with a measuring tape as it wasn’t always easy to hold both ends and maneuver it around to get an accurate reading. Saw this contraption as an option and gave it a try.PROS:-Am able to take most body measurements without any assistance. Accurate measuring.-End is curved to fit closely to different body areas during measurement.-Measuring tape is flexible and easy to bend, adjust, move.- Locking mechanism works, sometimes too easily and I have to unlock/relock to continue measuring.CONS:-The end of the tape measure too easily pops out of the holder. It fits in by way of a small oblong plastic piece fitting into a slot on the holder. However, that’s a small area and without much movement at all the tape measure pops out. I do think this is an easy design fix – a better slot to hold the end of the tape measure, or even a magnet. It can get a bit frustrating to have the end of the tape measure pop out several times while using it.- It’s easy to read; however because it pops out of the holder so easily I always end up pinching my thumbnail at the end so I can remove the tape measure and read it a second time that way, where my thumbnail is.

Great for Online Purchasing
Very easy and fast to use. This is perfect if you’re making online purchases where you can’t try something on.. I used it to measure the circumference of my hands for gloves, the circumference of my head for hats, and the circumference of my knees for knee braces. Everything I purchased online fit greatA question I had before purchasing it was, how do you read the tape if the tape is in an awkward angle? The answer is, after you push the button to retract the tape, you can remove the peg from the case and read the tape where it exits the case. As you can see in my photos, the tape will not retract on its own after you remove the peg from the case.

Product is OK. But first look is not good. Regular plastic material,fixing average. Sturdiness like other normal plastic item. Fulfilling the need but seems much overcharged for the quality provided.
