Great little treadmill for the price [AND A GREAT SELLER!]
UPDATE: So we had our treadmill for a little over a year and it had still been doing great until one day we noticed a rip in the belt. I contacted their customer support as we were still within warranty and they were absolutely amazing! It was a simple matter of providing them with a copy of our receipt (a screenshot of the purchase from our Amazon account) and a photo of the issue and within the next day they notified us they were sending out a full replacement! They were responsive, followed up to every email in a timely manner, and did not hassle us about the process like I’ve had some other companies do. They simply stood by their word and honored the warranty. Can’t ask for better than that. Not only is this a good product (it was still functioning well, I feel a rip in the belt could happen to anyone) but an honest, fair, responsive company that you can absolutely feel safe about purchasing from. Can’t say enough good things. Ten stars for these guys. If you’re on the fence, rest assured this company will take care of you if you need them.Wanted to try this thing out a bit before reviewing but it has not disappointed. It was easy to assemble and not too heavy. It folds up and down like a dream (see video). It’s true it’s not the same heavy duty treadmill you’ll find in a gym but we weren’t looking for that. It’s quite small when folded and easy to move around (it has wheels). We thought we’d store it in the garage when not in use but it turns out it’s small enough we’ve been able to leave it in a corner of the living room. I will say that when my husband uses it- who is much larger/more muscular than me and works out harder than I do- you can kind of see where it’s limits would be as far as what it can take. That said, it’s held up nicely for both of us. If you’re planning to practice for a marathon and straight up run on it for hours and hours, it might not have what you need. But for us, who just want something affordable that we can both use at home, with our differing workout levels, that will fit in the house nicely and be easy to maneuver, this is a stellar machine for the price and exactly what we were hoping for. Happy with this purchase and looking forward to using it for quite some time.

Great little Treadmill for shorter people REVISED 1.1.2025
I really like the size and maneuverability of this treadmill. It was exactly what I needed. My only complaint would be the side handles. I’m only 5ft 2in and I still constantly hit the back of my hands and wrists on the darn handles and that REALLY hurts. It’s impossible to just get going on a speed walk and have proper arm swing unless I’m consciously making sure my arms are tucked close to my body. I’m a small frame, so I imagine someone with a wider stance would encounter this issue as well. If you’re taller and running with your arms bent and tucked you might avoid this problem. However, if you’re a walker and swing your arms straighter down then you’re surely going to quickly earn a bruise or two on the back of your hands. In my opinion, the handles with the pulse monitor on this machine would be much better suited at the front of the machine; leaving the sides completely open. I have cut and put pool noodles over the handle ends to soften the blow. It helps. Overall, I still give the machine a 4 star.UPDATE- 1.1.2025After a year and half the original model I reviewed started to have issues with the track slipping and hesitating. I tried every “fix” and many YouTube tutorials to try and figure out the issue to no avail. It just became too frustrating to even try to use. I decided to purchase another model of the same brand because I really do like the smaller compact size of this treadmill. I purchased the 213.5 model. It arrived quickly. Was extremely easy to assemble. However, there is definitely an alignment issue with the track being folded into the storage position. It shifts to the left and hits the handle bars. I have no idea how to even attempt to fix this. Nothing is bent…so it’s misalignment is puzzling. I’m hoping that it does not interfere with the actual operation of the machine. I know it will definitely cause significant wear on the handle. I live in AK and boxing this machine up to send back is not something I want to do. I’m hoping I can get more than a couple years out of this machine. When researching the misalignment I did stumble across another reviewer that apparently had the same problem and I find this a bit worrisome. I’m hoping for the best.
