Game changer
This is my first ever weighted vest yet I am confident that I’ve chosen one of superb quality due to its structure and performance.I researched many other products before deciding upon this one and I am so glad in proceeding forward with this purchase. It is so comfortable and has truly elevated my cardio.The vest itself is so comfortable, especially in the shoulder padding which I believe to be paramount in a quality vest since the weight gravitates down and center. The weight is also dispersed in such a way that you are aware of it but also without discomfort. Should you experience any discomfort you can easily mitigate that by adjusting the weight and/or straps which was a huge factor for my purchasing this. I do very much appreciate that you can adjust the amount of weight, customizing it to what you are doing performance wise or where you are strength wise, while also being able to cinch the vest inward which helps keep in place. This is especially of importance if you intend to do any sort of cardio or calisthenics. I haven’t found it to be a burden at all.To touch again briefly on the straps, the shoulder straps are marked off every inch so that you can achieve them being even on each side which I think is just so thoughtful and haven’t come across this on any other product. You can also roll up the remainder and secure them with a piece of provided elastic. Literally every inch of this vest was created with consideration for the user. Another selling point for me was the midline zipper. The thought of having to heave a heavy vest above my head prior to a workout and then again when exhausted felt daunting.Regarding size, I believe this to be a one size fits most which is very evident in just how long the waist straps are. Some users, I believe, mentioned a specific smell but that was null in my experience.So yes, although this is challenging me, that is precisely what I was in search of and I just know it will pay off and it’s just so well constructed which justifies the price. I strongly advise you, too, to invest in this product and your cardiac health will be sure to thank you.

This is very versatile because of the weights that you can add or remove. I am a petite 100 pounds and the waist straps JUST fit. If I were any smaller, they would not work at all.My doctor recommended walking with a weighted vest for my osteoporosis. The vest is very comfortable and easy to put on and takeoff. I shared this link with someone else already!

Very comfy though tricky to insert weights
I wanted to try a weighed vest to help strengthen my bones, but as a plus-sized woman I was worried about fit. However I was able to adjust it when I first got it so that it fits perfectly. Extremely comfortable while walking. Some reviews complain about odor but mine had no sort of scent at all. Other reviews talk about some long Velcro strap they constantly need to use when putting on. I have no clue what they are talking about as I have no Velcro strap. I just put it on as if I were putting on a jacket or any other sort of vest, and then just zip up the zipper as with a regular jacket. Easy peasy. I really like it but just drop off one star as I do find it a big struggle to insert the weights into the pockets. I can’t imagine I’ll ever be able to get them back out again, lol.I do like that it has reflective straps on it.

Adjustable vest with good weight range
I’m a 180 lb 64 yr old female and picked it as it’s very adjustable and you can go up to 40lb in weight. I’ve been wearing it for my morning walks for three weeks now and got used to it and I’m enjoying the extra challenge it gives me. It’s as described and depicted and shipped and arrived quickly. Happy with this purchase.

A friend recommended this vest and I am so happy I bought it. It’s easy to put on. You don’t have to put over your head. Also, you can take out all weight so it can be washed. It does get a bit warm, but I expected that.

Highly adjustable for both fit & weight!!
Although the price is higher than other vests, this one has far more flexibility of both its size/fit & weight adjustments so I’m happy with it. The shoulder tabs allow for easy length adjustments & the side straps make it easy to get a stable, yet comfortable fit around the midsection/waist regardless of your size or clothes. The weighted inserts are easy to adjust, allowing one to start at a bare minimum weight & work their way up, via 1 pound increments, all the way to 18 lbs.

Reasonable investment, but not perfect.
The things I like about this vest: Ability to add or subtract weights. Fits on body well. Quality Velcro on straps. Doesn’t pull heavily on shoulders if put on properly. Increases workout perfectly.What I don’t like about this vest: You need to keep the zipper zipped up or it will end up breaking, it’s not high quality. It was obviously designed for men. Bustier women like me cannot hook the chest hooks, therefore it doesn’t keep the weight as evenly distributed across shoulders and upper back. The back carries more weight than the front. Physical therapists will tell you that this type of weight distribution can cause droopy shoulders and the neck to protrude forward.Over-all it was a decent investment.

Great vest. Fully adjustable at shoulders if you like to wear it lower on your body, and firmly at the waist. I love the wide straps at shoulders and substantial velcro straps at waist. Weight is evenly distributed, weight pods can be removed or added to pouches to change resistance. Very sturdy, quality construction. Zipper front makes it easier to put on, just tighten the velcro waist after. Very fast delivery , very impressed.
