**after putting in a return request for Amazon, the seller contacted me and attempted to troubleshoot with me to fix the issue. When it couldn’t be fixed they offered to send me another unit at no cost and I didn’t even need to send back the old one. Great company, very helpful and understanding. I’m updating my review to 5 stars for the excellent customer service.***I got this to try to move more after sitting all day at work. I noticed that the tread was leaning quite a bit to left and would make odd noises so I got the manual and read instructions on how to fix this. I did exactly what it said, but the tread bunched up even further to that side. I tried to fix it by straightening both sides and got the tread right in the middle, then tightened both sides. No matter what I try, the tread shifts completely to the left, bunches up, and damages the tread.
