Reliable travel probiotic — convenient and no side effects
I received this from the Amazon at vine program in exchange for my honest review.I take probiotics daily and tried this as a travel-specific option, especially because I’ve had traveler’s diarrhea in the past and know how disruptive it can be. Based on Cleveland Clinic recommendations, I looked for something with at least 1 billion CFUs and strains like Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, or Saccharomyces boulardii. This product had two of those well-researched strains and and fit the bill.What I liked:I didn’t notice a dramatic change in how I felt, but for me, that’s actually a win. My gut felt stable during the trip—even with heavy meals—and I didn’t experience any bloating or discomfort. The blister pack was perfect for travel—no refrigeration needed, unlike my usual probiotic. That made it easy to stick to my routine while on the go.What could be better:I would’ve liked a higher CFU count and maybe a couple more strains to round out the formula. But for short-term travel use, this seems like a solid and convenient choice.If you’re looking for a probiotic to take on the road, especially if you’ve dealt with digestive issues while traveling, this is ok to consider.

I decided to try these before and during a trip to Mexico. Every other time I’ve gone to Mexico I’ve gotten sick and these really helped! Felt normal throughout the entire trip! Yay!

Not As Effective as Just S. Boulardii
I ordered these as an alternative to the S. Boulardii I normally take because they do contain S. Boulardii but are in individual foil blister packs to make they easier for travel. Unfortunately they caused stomach rumbling and did not aid digestion the way that my usual probiotics do. I would not recommend them!

I love traveling but it often does a number on me from impacting my circadian rhythm to GI tract. On a very long road trip to meet with Swiss relatives, I decided to give these probiotics a whirl. Side note — I had to show them the packaging since these are apparently formulated in Switzerland (but made in the USA). What a coincidence. 🙂 The probiotics were super easy to take being encased in a slippery veggie capsule. The most complicated part was to remember to take one 30 minutes before meals. Packaging was perfect being flat bubble packs, breakable down to each pill. I could slip what I needed for the week into a side pocket in my purse. The protective foil for each pill is easily punctured with a fingernail. Most importantly, I think these were effective, at least for me. I never felt that typical “out of synch” feeling I often experience. Vegan. Made in the USA. Swiss formulated. Handy packaging. One really can’t go wrong.

Great to keep regular during travel
Whenever travelling internationally, I always find that my stomach has some issues whether it’s from the long flight or the change in diet. The first couple days of the trip is plagued with bloat and constipation (yuck).I tried these probiotics on my last trip to Japan and it was a DREAM. I started taking it on the plane over, since there were at least 2-3 meals during the flight. Paired with lots of water, I felt amazing. Even better than I was home. No bloat, I was regular, and I didn’t get any stomach issues from the change in diet, specifically the increased consumption of raw foods (sashimi)!100% recommend using this for travel.
